Great stay!
Great stay, only disappointment was the kids didn’t see “Meddy”!

Correcto pero justito
Estuve en la fiesta de reinauguración, sin saberlo, lo encontré al llegar, mucha animación desde primera hora de la mañana, habría lo menos 15 animadores, contados, pero demasiado orientado al cliente inglés. Habitaciones demasiado pequeñas para tres personas, la supletoria de mi hija me cortaba el paso a mi cama. Mal teniendo en cuenta que está recién reformado. El agua de la piscina estaba muy turbia, ni con las gafas de nadar podía ver al que estaba a un palmo mio. Por lo demás y, teniendo en cuenta el poco tiempo que estuve en el hotel ya que no ofrecian pensión completa y había que salir a comer fuera del establecimiento, la atención fué correcta por parte del personal.

Stayed here many times now and love the improvements made, unfortunately the restaurant side let it down this time, numerous times just waiting because there was no plates at the serving area, then waiting for empty food trays to be re-stocked, also our used dishes mounting after each course not being taken away. on the good side the rooms are terrific , and the entertainment fantastic, the new outdoor stage is better placed, and definitely better outdoor poolside

Pediría horarios de comidas más amplios
Todo genial excepto el horario del desayuno y la cena, porque acabando las desayunos a las 10 te obligan a madrugar, y las cenas también a las 10 te limita a aprovechar la tarde en la playa o donde apetezca a cada uno.

Very nice hotel
We booked for 8 nights here and we enjoyed every day of our staying. We ve got a very nice renovated family-room with the view at the pool and at the scene where every evening were shows by the way, the host of the show is so funny : . The room is comfortable, clean, the food diversified, the pool very nice, the evening shows were very pleasant. We also have some suggestions to make: bring for the gym pool activity trained staff a professional one like you have at the fiesta 19th of July at zumba class, do more activities at the pool or near that in the morning also for the kids and their families - family games, funny, for entertainement. The walls are a little too thin the noise is upsetting in the night when you want to sleep. Maybe some restrictions could be implemented to be quiet after 12 at the night, especially in the lobby . But if well return in Benidorm one day we probably book the same hotel. Thank you Rio Park!

Very disappointing
Had to check out almost immediately, the room was not as advertised on Booking.com. The sun bed area around pool has the worst sun beds I’ve ever seen and also not enough sombrero’s in scorching temperature! Lunch only in snack bar. Typical English food burgers etc!! The hotel was far nicer before re-furbishment and now caters for families with young children. Not for the more mature traveller.

During the summer months and school holidays we have mainly families staying with us at the Hotel and during term time we tend to have more couples. Muy inglés
El hotel para ingleses y la animación para los peques nula y encima lo poco que vimos en inglés, en español nada. No lo recomiendo para españoles con niños. La comida estaba buena pero solo comida inglesa, y para los niños muy muy escasa y siempre lo mismo.

Review
Smoking allowed in the childrens area around children pools - limited 5 in total parasols for families with small children for the splash pool - no shade. Entertainment very poor for children no imagination and repetition each evening. No early sitting for evening meal for children. Rooms very clean and modern lovely décor.

Muy bien
El hotel muy nuevo, habitación muy cómoda, detalle de bienvenida, lo único que no me ha gustado es que este todo enfocado a extranjeros, como horario de desayunocena, horario cierre de piscina y toda la animación en inglés, por lo demás todo genial. Los animadores todos muy simpáticos, sobre todo Jaime que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Volveremos pronto!
