nos ha encantado
todo bien,el hotel limpio y renovado,lo que falta cambiar los colchones,no son cómodos para dormir

Todo muy bien pero la animación es toda para ingleses
Esta fenomenal todo. Lo único que no me gustó fue la animación que esta toda hecha para ingleses. Y todo en ingles, de vez en cuando dicen algo en español pero vamos hasta el bingo era de canciones todas inglesas y todo en ingles, parecia q estabamos en Inglaterra en vez de en España.

Very Good hotel excellent staff.
The hotel was very good the staff are excellent the food seemed improved since we stayed at the same hotel 2 years ago. Will be back.

Estancia Estupenda
Hemos pasado una semana en octubre y encantados. La situación aunque no esté en primera ni segunda línea de playa está genial en 5 minutos estábamos en playa. Las habitaciones totalmente reformadas y limpias. Bufet más que bien, instalaciones genial. Los dos únicos peros que la animación estaba enfocada a los turistas británicos, pero es entendible ya que es el porcentaje más alto de su clientela. Y las piscinas enseguida les daba la sombra. Si volvemos a Benidorm sin duda volveremos a este hotel

Excellent
Lovely hotel the rooms are modern and very clean, food was excellent would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to family and friends

Rio Park review
Enjoyed my time as much as any of my many visits to this hotel. I think the food was better than last year,sometimes it lacked a bit of imagination but I never went hungry. Sometimes in the restaurant there did seem to be a lot of walking to get what was required,thought the toast machines worked well at breakfast, might be an idea to have jugs of milk by where the tea bags are kept. Pool area and pool bar are a vast improvement, I swam every day and loved the new pool. As usual reception and room services were spot on. My one moan would be two of the barmen in the evenings struggled to say please and thank you,they were I think called Navarro and Pedrito. Navarro has been miserable every time I have been so I should not have been surprised. Will somebody please tell him when pouring a pint please do not hold the glass by the neck with his bare hands. Entertainment was fine in the evenings,something for everybody I think,daytime entertainment looked ok but I did not participate. I did enjoy my stay and hope to return for my 21st visit, my partner hopes to return for her 11th visit. One thing I would like to mention is the cats,I am not a cat lover but I did notice they were in the pool area a lot more than usual,not sure what can be done about that but I feel feeding the cats should be discouraged otherwise they will be everywhere. Thank you to all at the Rio Park and congratulations on the improvements.
