Great hotel

Been here many times love the hotel rooms comfy food great staff very helpful the only thing this time was could not get Internet in our room on the 7th floor which don’t normally bother me but I had some things to sort out and would have liked to do them in room and not downstairs

9 years and still staying here!

I have to start by saying, any reviews about cleanliness of pool and other areas of late, I can categorically say, its not the hotel its the people who stay not all, some I witness people using the pool as a sink and toilet and washing machine, going in fully clothedrinsing their shoes, changing nappies on sun loungers with no towel under, its the people! Everywhere you look, there are cleaners all day every day! Food, yes plenty to choose but when you go twice a year for 2 weeks it is repetitive and we did eat elsewhere for that reason. Would love to see more Spanish food or even just a tapas night. Entertainment is the downside to this hotel and has been for a while. Lots of entertainment outside the hotel that used to frequent inside the hotel, why they arnt being brought in I dont know. Same dancers same style all the time. Bring back an MJ tribute or the disney show or dirty dancing. Too many quizzes now, we arnt paying to come and entertain ourselves. Love the staff, all lovely and helpful. Christopher though pal, sort your attitude out! Stop being cocky. Dont let the rest down. We love this place, nowhere is perfect but its flaws can easily be resolved if management listen to guests about the food and entertainment reviews.

Excelentíssimo

De todas a vezes que visitei Benidorm, esta foi a primeira vez que fiquei neste hotel. Até agora o melhor de todos e em todos os aspectos. Recomendo vivamente.

Fab holiday

If I could give the staff a higher rating I would we had an amazing week and were well looked after so much so we are going back next year

Comfort in Club Class

I have only visited with Adults and stayed both times in Club Class. I think the roof top pool and bar is perfect for quiet relaxation as its adults only and the little extras you get make all the difference. The location is great, far enough away for peace but an easy short walk to the beach and strip. I felt the food was a little disappointing and not a particularly well thought out selection, but we always managed to come away feeling full. The entertainment was limited and a bit hit and miss with talent, but we made the best of it and had fun. Overall I love this hotel and will most certainly return.

Amazing

We have stayed in a lot of hotels in benidorm but for us this was by far the one we got the most value for money , plus it was excellent

HOTEL BUENO PARA REPETIR

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy buena , destacar el personal del hotel desde recepción, camareros , todo el personal del restaurante y personal de limpieza todos muy amables y atentos a todas nuestras necesidades. Esta claro que la gran mayoría de clientes son ingleses pero para nosotros no fue ninguna limitación a la hora de disfrutar del hotel, incluso hicimos amistad con algún ingles que se esforzaba para comunicarse con nosotros chapurreando el español .Hotel grande con muchos servicios para poder atender todos los gustos, todas las noches hacían algún espectáculo, la comida buena , con una gran variedad de platos y combinaciones , en general muy buen hotel me lo apunto para repetir otro año.
