Good holiday

On arrival a very efficient and friendly welcome from reception. Nothing was too much bother for any of the staff hotel and bedrooms kept spotlessly clean. Bedroom was comfortable with everything we needed. Food was always good quality, hot and well cooked with plenty of choice. We enjoyed the carvery and the fish dishes. The night entertainment was good and varied. Choice of piano bar or lower ground room. Queuing no problem as the bar staff quick to serve. Quality of lager and local drinks good. The waiterswaitresses were very friendly and super efficient at clearing and relaying tables from the busy restaurant. The weather was very good for November which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend the hotel. Perfect service all round.

5 day break

Great hotel and amazing staff.Rooms spacious and spotless ,cleaned everyday.Good plentiful and always a good choice the salad bar is excellent.There is a daily carvery and the cakes are lovely.Fri is good and bad staff !overly .Reception. Staff helpful..General areas get clean We used the indoor pool which was warm

Wonderful holiday

Staff very helpful. Large clean comfortable room. Food good quality and lots of choice. Entertainment not as good as it used to be. In house entertainment team need more staff but work really hard.

October holiday

Good hotel excellent staff entertainment is not as good as it used to be have with one exception Freya a good singer.

Great hotel

Been here many times love the hotel rooms comfy food great staff very helpful the only thing this time was could not get Internet in our room on the 7th floor which don’t normally bother me but I had some things to sort out and would have liked to do them in room and not downstairs

9 years and still staying here!

I have to start by saying, any reviews about cleanliness of pool and other areas of late, I can categorically say, its not the hotel its the people who stay not all, some I witness people using the pool as a sink and toilet and washing machine, going in fully clothedrinsing their shoes, changing nappies on sun loungers with no towel under, its the people! Everywhere you look, there are cleaners all day every day! Food, yes plenty to choose but when you go twice a year for 2 weeks it is repetitive and we did eat elsewhere for that reason. Would love to see more Spanish food or even just a tapas night. Entertainment is the downside to this hotel and has been for a while. Lots of entertainment outside the hotel that used to frequent inside the hotel, why they arnt being brought in I dont know. Same dancers same style all the time. Bring back an MJ tribute or the disney show or dirty dancing. Too many quizzes now, we arnt paying to come and entertain ourselves. Love the staff, all lovely and helpful. Christopher though pal, sort your attitude out! Stop being cocky. Dont let the rest down. We love this place, nowhere is perfect but its flaws can easily be resolved if management listen to guests about the food and entertainment reviews.

Excelentíssimo

De todas a vezes que visitei Benidorm, esta foi a primeira vez que fiquei neste hotel. Até agora o melhor de todos e em todos os aspectos. Recomendo vivamente.
