Vacaciones familiares
No es la primera vez que visitó este hotel y cada vez que me voy la verdad es que me voy súper contenta desde los camareros hasta los de recepción son encantadores la verdad que volveremos otra vez sin duda

Fenomenal
Muy contentos con el hotel y los emplead@s. La comida muy bien. La cercanía a la parada de bus, muy comoda. Muy recomendable

Très agréable sejour
Nous avons passé un excellent moment, une restauration correct , la salle de restauration reste néanmoins très bruyante, et aux différents bars, il n’y a pas de cartes des boissons proposés. Concernant les chambres, grand confort, propreté irréprochable, grande gentillesse du personnel, literie très confortable. Bref, un très bon séjour, où nous aurons plaisir à revenir.

Buenos momentos en familia
Buena experiencia en general en este hotel. Puntos positivos: Localización cerca de la playa y del centro de Salou. 4 piscinas, de las cuales 2 son para niños pequeños. El mini parque cerca de la piscina. La animación. El servicio de restauración, que permite comer de manera saludable. Aspectos a mejorar: La limpieza, aunque desafortunadamente creo que esta parte depende más de los clientes, que a veces no muestran el mínimo respeto al no tirar sus cosas a la basura. Renovar las tumbonas. Renovar las camas en las habitaciones. Intentar diversificar más el servicio de restauración. En general, fue una muy buena experiencia y lo recomendamos a las familias.

Agua
En general todo bien menos en un bien de primera necesidad que es el agua: Ponéis y cobráis agua del grifo? Hay una ley que dice que en toda la hostelería es gratis, me dá igual que sea ósmosis y encima reutilizais las botellas de un cliente a otro? Si pago por agua es de una botella cerrada y precintada. Es una total tacañería, y pedí hielo y me lo dió a regañadientes el camarero, otra tacañería. El primer día me pillasteis de pardilla y la compré, después me la traje de fuera lógicamente.

Se puede mejorar
Mi estancia ha sido aceptable. A mejorar buffet donde hay poca variedad, mucho de arroces y pasta. Las instrucciones por dentro bien, exterior habría que dar una vuelta.

Decepción
Mala relación calidadprecio en comida y bebidas. Olor insoportable en baño de habitación por mala ventilación o desagües que no resolvieron piscina obsoleta y masificada

Honest review, terrible beds
I recommend reading the entire post : We stayed here for two weeks. My girlfriend, her son and I. We booked an all inclusive stay note there is also a all inclusive premium. I would like to start with our room. It was small but cozy. small terrace overlooking one of the pools. Everything about the room was good except the beds. The beds kept us from sleeping full nights as we felt we were sleeping on the floor. I cant put it in any other words.. still today 5 days after our last night there my body still hurts all over so if you are not used to sleeping on the floor dont bother. The maids did a perfect job cleaning and are very polite and friendly. Now on to the elevators. They suck, takes forever to go where you want to go but this is a minor issue for me. I usually took the stairs from the 4th floor down instead of waiting. The hotel is clean more or less on the inside. Included in our all inclusive was three meals a day, we never went down for breakfast but all days we took lunch there and most nights we did dinner. The food is decent and usually a lot to choose from. After 10 days of the food though we had enough and struggled to find something we wanted. But I would give the food a 7 out of 10. Now the outside area there are two pools. One near the bar and another further away wich is more for kids with their toys and such. The sunbeds need an upgrade. They are old and uncomfortable. you cant adjust the back or anything so its basicly lying down or sitting very uncomfortably on those beds. The outside area is clean but sometimes there are sigarett stubs all over the grounds. Smoking is not allowed except on designated areas BUT there is no one telling people that it is not okay to smoke here and there. The pool people cant call them lifeguards because they are useless grumpy bunch walked past smokers all over and did not say anything to anybody, they simply dont care. One of the pool boys on duty, a young fellow kept touching his penis whilst overlooking the garden, something that is highly inappropriate. but as I said they are useless weird people. Now the all inclusive allowed us to get drinks at the pool bar, beer, selected coctails water and more. There is a ticket system in place, you get issued tickets when you arrive, one per person and you use them to get drinks. Then you take the plastic cup back when you want more. You can also ask for tickets in exchange for your cups. Now this did not bother me at all. It keeps the garden cleaner-ish so there are not cups lying aorund. The all inclusive offers you an area you can go into to get cold snack. There are some pastries, candy, popcorn, chips, sandwiches and nuts. Noting grand but we enjoyed it. On the other hand we had a 7 year old very active boy with us and he needs food throughout the day and more often then not the pastries were finished very early. This is about what they all inclusive offers in terms of food throughout the day. The All inclusive room got very messy during the day and seems like it was not cleaned that often. Entertainment during the night is the same one week to the next so that sucked. The people performing are very talented though and we enjoyed most of the shows. Thats about it from me, if you managed to read all this, thank you. I will not book this hotel again.
