Great for families

We love it. Good food, good animation, good service. The new playground is wonderful - and when we asked for signs to be set up no eating because children had been eating there and the place was a mess, the staff came instantly and put up signs. We recommend to everybody we know and we met people from last year... and next to us was a couple that had been coming for 23 years! :- Thank you..

Excellent value for money

I love San eloy. Our third time back.it improves every year.all staff friendly.rooms very clean Plus has everything you need.a hairdryer would be the icing on the cake.only problem foe me this year was animation team.they were awful.no interaction with kids or people.so sad as this was the bonus of San eloy.plus every other year they got everyone involved in games.plus you knew what was on as they announced it.this year unless you went looking nobody told you.plus nothing much in kids club. My daughter aged 7 son 14 very disappointed. They missed Barry and his team.as they became friends.only thing that let our holiday down.needs serious improvement. Now.as most people we meet are returning families. All complaining about the same thing

Lovely but food times need changing

Was pleasantly surprised after reading reviews. Hotel was spotless. Staff were excellent and facilities were very good. Breakfast and lunch no problem but the restaurant doesnt open until 7.30pm in the evening which is a bit late for an evening meal for Brits anyway and there was always a queue so sometimes we couldnt eat until 9pm although the snack bar was open so we didnt starve. Other than that everything is great and the reviews on trip advisor really dont do the hotel justice

Séjour détente

Pour un séjour de 4 nuits nous avons choisi de nous rendre au San Eloy,laccueil et la remise des clefs furent très rapide. Agréablement surpris par lappartement que nous avions demandé en rez de chaussée sur les conseils des internautes. La cuisine est simple mais fonctionnelle quoique le réfrigérateur aurais besoin dêtre changé!! Heureusement que le personnel du bar et du restaurant parle espagnol, sinon nous aurions pu penser être dans un pays anglophone!!! Bémol pour les animateurs qui eux ne se posent même pas la question de savoir si des français voir même des espagnols sont dans le public et ne parlent quanglais à noter pour certains ils ne parlent même pas espagnol, de plus ils ne prennent même pas la peine de vous saluer quand ils vous croisent de bon matin... Niveau des repas, pas vraiment de la cuisine espagnole et pas de la grande cuisine,mais de quoi se sustenter . Je nirai jamais en pleine saison car cela doit être invivable, par contre hors saison je pourrais y retourner sans problème

finde con mis hijos

Hemos estado el finde del 45 de junio,somos una pareja con 4 niñosadolescentes.Era la primera vez que ibamos de aprtahotel,ya que normalmente vamos a hoteles convencionales,y solo puedo hablar bien del apartahotel SAN ELOY.Bien ubicado,limpio,los chicos de las actividades un 10,los socorristas otro 10,nos invitaron a mis hijos y a mi a jugar una partido de voley donde lo pasamos muy bien,ambiente familiar,muchos niños,muchos,pero era lo que ibamos buscando.Al estar solo un finde no pudimos hacer mas cosas pero por lo que vimos, se pueden hacer diferentes rutas x la montaña,en fin,que estubimos muy agusto y si podemos y la economia lo permite intentaremos volver,ya que con 4 niños no nos lo podemos permitir todas las veces que quisieramos.Por poner una pega,el supermercado un poco caro y el restaurante no es para tirar cohetes,pero por el precio que pagamos la pension completa,ya estaba bien.En definitiva,lo recomiendo y les hare publicidad entre mis amigos.Gracias

A lovely place

Situated 10 minutes on bus from tossa, in the planes surrounded by beautiful mountains, san eloy had everything we needed for an amazing weekend. Very helpful staff and great value for money!
