hotel sympathique mais beaucoup trop de bruit la nuit.certaines personnes ne respectent pas les gens. ils font comme ils ne font pas chez eux et c est dommage.mon enfant de 10 ans etait fatigue en se levant et ce n est pas normal quand on est en vacance.les chambres devrait etre climatisees car difficile de dormir fenetres fermees a cause du bruit.

Looking forward to upgraded rooms
Third time we stayed at San Eloi and as we knew what to expect, we couldnt expect more than how it is. The hotel is in need of an upgrade and as this is planned for next year, we are looking forward to how it will be. Staff and animation are top. Friendly, helpfull and always with a smile. If any negative comments to be given, we could say thay the restaurant was a bit of a dissapointment. Every day french fries or pasta it a bit too much. Why not offering more traditional spanish quisine? A little more variotion would be welcome. What happened to free parking? 5 eur a day is a lot for a long term stay. Luckily there is some parking in the surroundings, but even though... And last, what about the rule about maximum 2 drinks per person in the bars? For a family of 5 we need to be with 3 at the bar for all to be served at once? Bit foolish isnt it?

Els nens s ho han passat genial
Els nens s ho han passat genial amb les acivitats, els animadors... lo unic negatiu que vam passar molta calor, no hi havia aire acondicionat a les habitacions.

Lovely place but needs some work
We always stay in the medplaya hotels and this was our 1st visit to san eloy. We had such a relaxing holiday. Its a beautiful place the only downside to it is the shop is very badly stocked down to the essentials been unavailable and the grounds of the hotel are very uneven it needs some maintenance.

Great budget holiday
This is our second time at the Medplaya San Eloy hotel, both times we have really enjoyed ourselves. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, the view of the hillside is lovely, there is a mixture of clientele and nationality which does cteate a nice community feel to the place. Our children quickly made friends and felt comfortable there plus because of the layout, we felt they were safe and secure in the complex. If you are looking for a great family holiday but on a tight budget then I would recommend the San Eloy hotel. We did have a few minor issues but for the price you pay, it is to be expected. These issues were that there was no air conditioning in the rooms, not much of a food choice for vegetarians who also dont eat fish and the evening entertainment was generally poor. However, they are planning to renovate the place, ready for summer 2018. This renovation will include better facilities for younger children and some air conditioned rooms. In summary, we have enjoyed our visits to the San Eloy and will probably return. We will be booking one of the air conditioned rooms though. In regards to the vegetarian and none fish food, this is an issue we have experienced in many hotels including 4 star hotels so in no way unique to the San Eloy. Lastly, as adults, we found the evening entertainment poor but funny just not sure it was meant to be funny and the children really enjoyed the entertainment every night both childrens and adults entertainment. You do receive great value for money, I personally question is it worth spending the extra £1,500 - £2,000 for a 3 or 4 star hotel which would offer a few more luxuries. The choice is yours.

A good family holiday
We returned after a nice trip in 2016. Friendly people, helpful staff, great views, good entertainment. The things that may bother some people are: No air con in rooms - its very hot in the summer Its noisy, the entertainment finishes at midnight so dont expect any sleep before then. People then start clattering sunbeds around at 7am to reserve theirs for the day - even if they arent planning to using it for most of the day the hotel really need to enforce a rule about this All inclusive is rubbish if you have picky children, it really doesnt cater for kids at so expect them to live off chips all week. The all inclusive drinks are terrible - ask them to add extra vodka though and they will happily oblige. Yes I would return - but not on an all inclusive basis

Séjours en famille
Voilà 3 ans que nous partons dans cet hôtel, lambiance est idéale pour un séjour avec des enfants. Les appartements sont spacieux, le personnel très agréable, les animateurs sont motivés. Les repas variés, que demander de plus! Si lon veut aller en ville, un bus nous y conduit toute les heures. Je recommande +++

commentaires
toujours très bien accueilli et des renseignements donnés avec professionnalisme par le service accueil en général et par Isabelle en particulier. Des installations et un emplacement qui nous conviennent attention toutefois certaines commencent à vieillir comme le mini golf seul laccueil au restaurant nest pas à la hauteur exemple: séparer une famille à table ne me semble pas très commercial un personnel de nettoyage poli mais le nettoyage est moyen. Les serviettes ne nous ont pas été changé chaque jour, ce qui nest pas très hygiénique. Une équipe danimation qui semble sinvestir et des soirée que je qualifierais de correcte. Dans lensemble nous avons passé, comme chaque fois un bon séjour. dailleurs nous avons à nouveau réservé pour septembre.
