Brilliant stay
We loved the week at had with you in August with the summer time ball being the highlight what a day. Everything was brilliant, entertainment was amazing our little girl lexie was made up. The food was a bit repetitive and not much for children at all. I wouldnt book a club superior again as I cant see much difference to the superior wet stayed in may, I feel that I was a bit mislead with the advertising of that room and could have stayed in the cheaper room not knowing the difference. The club superior rooms and the superior rooms are exactly the same, the only difference is that the club rooms have the extras included in them such as the safe, fridge, tea/coffee facilities, towel hire service. Very good value
I have returned to the Rio Park on many occasions, with wife and children, children and grandkids, as a single and with friends and have always found it good value for money, good entertainment generally something for everyone. Have always found the staff to be helpful and courteous except for a few newer staff this year who in all honesty have little by way of customer awareness, an example would be 2 bar staff having a conversation between themselves while people are waiting to be served and being ignored, this happened on more than one occasion, it doesnt make customers feel valued The food was intermittently fair to good, breakfast very good but I do think dinner, over the last few years the quality is dropping. Cleanliness of bedroom and chambermaids work is first class.

Esta muy bien
Lo unico que no me gusto mucho fue la calidad en algunos productos de comer que se aquieren en la cafeteria del area de la piscina, creo que algunos de estos productos pueden tener mucho mejor calidad......como el bocata en particular.......Creo que la calidad-precio esta algo desfasada en general. Por esto es que creo que muchos clientes van fuera del hotel a comer, he visto a muchos salir sobre la hora de la comida y de hecho entrar con las bolsas de comida.

VACACIONES EN FAMILIA
Me he quedado muy sorprendido del hotel.Fuimos en familia 2 adultos con un niño de 6 años y un bebé y todo perfecto.Nos tocó una de la habitaciones reformadascreo que son a partir del.sexto piso y perfectas.Quien espere un hotel de 2 estrellas de los tipicos de los 80....aquí NO lo va a encontrar.Son habitaciones modernas con tv plana,aa.cc,nevera pequeña para poder meter algunas bebidas propias y caja fuerte.La comida bien y algunos días muy bien.La piscina,la animación y sobretodo el personal del hotel perfecto.Han sido una vacaciones muy cómodas,aunque tan bienes cierto que cuando viajamos nos adaptamos a todo.Lo importante es disfrutar!!!!

Satisfacción en General
Conocimos el HOTEL hace decádas de más jóvenes y hemos estado pocos días pero muy satisfechos. Nos anuncian reformas y mejoras en el Hotel que seguro serán más que positivas. Agradecido. Buen trato y esperamos repetir en estancias intermedias en el año fines de semana, puentes, etc. Gracias

fantastic hotel
loved this hotel , staff fantastic , entertainment was brilliant nacho was our favourite he works so hard and gets everyone involved in the entertainment, loved the pool, the snack bar is value for money cheap and tasty, only gripe i had is the food is very english, cottage pie, roast beef yorkshire pudding , steak pie and chips, loads to choose from but would like more of a spanish dishes, there was a gala night with loads of nice cheese and hams and a chinese night with loads of chinese food which was really nice, we stayed in room 528 which over looked the pool, but if you are wanting a early night, the entertainment goes on till after midnight , room cleaned every day , but the sheets never changed in the week we were there, but we only used the room to sleep, we were by the pool most days, always got a sun bed and didnt go down till after 10, some people were down by the pool waiting at 7am didnt open till 8, but if you left your towel on the sun bed for over a hour they took them off and put a sticker to say that they have been taken, which i think is a great idea, we were also there for the med summer party on the sunday , omg what a fantastic day for me and the kids, entertainment on all day, and finished with a foam party and a jump in the pool at midnight, we loved loved this hotel and will be booking for next year, thank you for a great week, medplaya, x my kids are 9 and 13 and they loved the zumba in the morning, water polo and being on stage loads for them to do, if you like being entertained with kids, this hotel is ideal

Rio Park
Just back from an amazing stay at your hotel everything from the 1st day to the last day was brilliant the entertainment team yous have we’re first class especially the med fest day

Meda playa Rio Park
Just back from 7 night stay in meda playa Rio park this hotel is amazing food was good rooms where cleans the entertainment was brilliant every night the paint party and foam party and all entertainment on Friday was outstanding We went in group of 15 for family holiday the children ages ranged from 17 down to 7 and they all had loads to do staff all lovely and work very hard great snack bar and very cheap everyone one of us out group of 15 would return to this hotel
