Good hotel
I only booked this last minute and only for 3 nights. We stayed here last year. All staff are friendly at reception. Good to see the same staff as last year. The guy that greets you in the restaurant and the barman, very friendly and efficient. Excellent location. Rooms clean and comfortable. The food is good, sometimes its not very hot. The only negative for me is the lack of vegetarian options. Maybe vegetarian sausage at breakfast? There was a meat lasagne, maybe a vegi version of that. That would be great. All in all a good hotel that is good value for money.

Bien
Nos alojamos en una habitación doble dos adultos y un niño , nos dieron una botella de vino como bienvenida y luego a la salida nos dieron otro detalle, en general bien buena ubicación muy simpáticos repetiremos sin duda

Good and bad
We had advised reception of our late arrival 9.30pm but no food was readily available. Similarly we were not allocated a first floor room I’m 81 as requested well in advance. Breakfast: initially the server refused to offer newly cooked eggs and no omelettes were available except eggs only. Once again freshly cooked ones had to be asked for. This was surprising from a 4 hotel. Dinner: the main course was rather repetitive but the other courses were top class especially the soups and desserts. Entertainment: Pablo stood apart from the otherwise mediocre acts. Staff : very friendly and professional. Cleanliness: superb. Lifts: an improvement since the last time but one still broke down.

En general bien
Hemos estado 4 días alojados en una habitación familiar MP, con 1 niña de 10 años y otra de 6 años, el personal muy atento y agradable, la animación para los niños estupenda y la piscina infantil perfecta. La habitación suficientemente grande y cómoda, estábamos en planta 11 y el WIFI no funcionaba bien, cuando estabas abajo si que funcionaba perfectamente, igual era por la localización de la habitación. Mejorable la variedad de comida las cenas, para mi el desayuno era más que suficiente pero las cenas eran algo repetitivas. Tampoco era muy cómodo pagar las bebidas en el momento de pedirlas, en otros hoteles donde hemos estado, se cargaban a la habitación y pagabas al finalizar la estancia.

Fab stay
We had a great short stay . I would highly recommend this hotel for everything. The pool is a good big area, the food is great, the rooms are everything you need but the main thing that makes it is the staff. I need to give a shout out to Bernardo on reception he’s very attentive and very helpful we will look forward to coming back soon .

Nice stay.
Great hotel. Food geared towards the British which was great for us. Not too far from the main strip and nice bars close by. As others have mentioned, please address the sunbed issue as they are so uncomfortable and not suitable for the older guests.

Bien
La ubicación correcta y la habitación muy bien pq nos pusieron una suite. El desayuno y la cena no corresponde a la calidad qué debe tener un hotel de 4 estrellas

Disappointed
All staff lovely, however the room and food was very basic, the fridge wasnt cold. The food was not good for a 4 hotel I was very dissatisfied.

Nice hotel but …..
Had a short 5 day stay here, food was ok some days not so great on others. There was a lot of noise heard from our room when trying to sleep, such as doors slamming and babies crying. Hotel was clean, staff friendly however there are still selfish people reserving sunbeds in the morning with towels and chairs on them and then not turning up until late afternoon and even then sometimes not even using them it’s infuriating. Although there are signs up that towels will be removed after an hour they are not ! Please Medplaya do something about these selfish people!!

Normally our life guard monitors the towels and people who try to reserve beds and will always remove them, he will also help people to locate and move beds.
