Love Rio Park
This is my 3rd visit to Rio Park. For a 2 star hotel - you most certainly cant complain. Its extremely clean, fresh towels and beds made up every day. Huge selection of food at both breakfast and dinner - something for everyone. The bar staff - Todor in particular- is absolutely brilliant! Always singing and joking with the customers! The only slight complaint we have is the sound proofing. Slamming doors, chairs scraping on floors and noisy neighbours were slightly irritating but I guess thats all part of the holiday experience.

very good stay , if i,m able will go back
i have stayed a few times booking in was easy , very friendly staff , they have a good entertainment group of peoples , plenty beds, good genrally is good , plenty to choose from , poolside food is value for money as well

Another great holiday at the Rio Park
Have stayed at the Rio Park several times now and have never been disappointed by the quality of service throughout the hotel, we did not get the room we would have liked when we arrived but that was rectified the next day which made the stay perfect. The hotel rooms are comfortable, the food is very good, and the entertainment is excellent, also the position in Benidorm is perfect for both the old or new town, the beach just a short walk away

excellent visit
thank you for a great week we were given the best help possible as we are both disabled ,we were given a chalet near the pool and the entertainment was excellent .we have stayed in this hotel many times and are going again for xmas thank you rio park .

We wish we could book for three nights
We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and have always found it to be excellent value for money. The management and staff are a real credit to thre Medplaya group for the hospitality and service. The only regret we have is that we would really like to book for three niths because we spend half of each year in our own apartment in San Miguel de Salinas and a short break in Benidorm is a perfect way to pass a few days. If this were possible to book for thre nights then we would spend each visit at the Rio Park, instead of looking for other hotels. Well done to all the staff at Rio Park!!

Hello Betty Unfortunately many of our dates have a minimum stay of 5 nights, this is to try and discourage groups of Stag / Hen parties. Excellent place to stay
We have been to the Hotel Rio Park 24 times now and we absolutely love it here. It feels like we are going home everytime we come. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble for any of them. The food is outstanding and the entertainment is improving every year when we visit and i can say it is now of a very high standard. We just cant say anything wrong about this hotel, the staff, the rooms, the food, the entertainment and the location.

Great!
Loved everything about this hotel, food was plentiful ,our room was fine and so much going on we didnt want to go out! Been coming to Benidorm for 9 years and have previously stayed here twice before and all I can say is its been better each time. Well done Medplaya.

rio park 5th june 2016 1 week stay
was surprised on arrival to find my request from over 6 months ago for no higher than the 4th floor to be allocated room 826 as I have had both knee replaced so not being able to get a lift for breakfast for 25 mins was not good.Also we had noisy guest above us who had children with no respect for other guest, apart from these 2 issues had a good break but may not return to Rio Park as when ever I have requested a low floor they have done so but this time to be on the 8th floor I was not happy and seeing as my request was 6 months ago I could not be sure that if I were to rebook the same thing would happen.I have always reviewed rio park as really good but not this time
