Another great stay
Stayed in a superior room this time, couldnt fault it. Bathroom was incredible. Only downside was the air con. Have stayed in this hotel many times and the air has been second to none but this time it was not the best. Hardly felt any cold air the whole 4 days we were there. Room 1209. Other than that, 5 as always including the food.

Excellent as always
Excellent hotel have been visiting for many years. We were in one of the newly refurbished rooms which could not be faulted. A very big well done tobthe management & staff. There something for everyone here

Hotel location brilliant

Good, reasonably priced hotel
We stayed for four nights in one of the newer rooms 1231. The room was lovely although there was not a cot in the room when we arrived even though we requested this. We then had to ask the hotel 3 times for one before it arrived. The room was lovely, there was a mini bar although not very cold, the furniture and decor was nice, big comfy bed, safe for an extra charge and a lovely bathroom. The food was excellent we was half board, not a massive choice at dinner but of a good quality. There was alwys veggie optiona, a fish option and lots of meat. The location was 20min walk from old town, 10-15min walk to beach. There were a number of bars in close proxmity.

BUENA RELACIÓN CALIDAD PRECIO,
la llegada de los clientes un poco incomoda puesto que no se puede acceder con el coche para descargar el equipaje... la distancia a la Playa un poco larga es preferible quedarse en las piscinas puesto que las hay para todas las edades. .. para los niños hay varias diversiones.

FAB!!
Third time we have stayed here, its perfect. Location is great. The food is brilliant with lots of choice. The room upgrades look great but we dont want this to out price us visiting again as at the moment is is excellent value for money.

Girly Holiday
28 of us stayed at this hotel for 5 nights .. reception staff as all staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel has lots of amenities and rooms were very clean and spacious . Food in the restaurant was above standard for a 3 hotel lots of choice and very tasty . Location of hotel is ideal far enough away from the main strip to be quiet but only a few minutes walk away. Only thing i would say is 2 of our party had undwear taken from their rooms and we had to ask the cleaners to change our bed sheets . We stayed in the club rooms on the top floors and will definitely be returning to this hotel again .

Already booked for next year
Fantastic hotel, facilities and staff. Customer service is amazing. Animation team are brilliant and cater for all ages. Already booked 20 people for next year. Food is lovely and lots of choice, drinks very reasonable and all staff friendly, approachable and eager to please. Even adding water sports to the daily schedule when the summer season hadnt officially started not 30 minutes after we enquired. You should be very proud of the hotel and its staff, we cant wait to return.

Excellent
Just back from Rio Park, and loved every minute of it. Fabulous hotel and amazing staff. Would stay here again like a shot. Top marks to all at Rio Park.
