Fab stay
Came back from here today after a week and what a fantastic place when we got there we was greeted by a couple of very pleasant and friendly faces on reception and we had a bottle of wine for when we checked in we was half board the breakfast was brilliant all the staff was brilliant everyone from bar staff to the cleaners highy recommended this place to stay when we checked out today had a brown bag in it with some stuff to eat and drink on our journey home

Agradable estancia
Todo muy bien, destacando el personal del Hotel, desde recepción y resto de empleados. El buffet muy variado y muy correcto. Ubicación muy buena.

perfect
ik ben voor de zoveelste keer in het hotel geweest en weer tevreden Als opmerking wil ik wel het volgende meegeven! In het verleden was er voor het diner een summiere Dres code . Dit jaar niet en sommige gasten kleden zich dan beneden peil Ook wordt er ‘s morgens nogal wat voedsel meegesmokkeld wat niet mag en ik wel mee betaal Dit jaar was onze kamer negende verdieping dat is helemaal niet erg maar ik meestal de trap en negen verdiepen nis hoog Groeten Bob&Irena woestenburg

Wat betreft de kamer op de negende verdieping, we begrijpen dat dit een uitdaging kan zijn als u vaak de trap gebruikt. Bij een volgend bezoek kunt u bij uw reservering altijd een voorkeur voor een lagere verdieping aangeven, en we zullen ons best doen om hier rekening mee te houden. Muy buen hotel pero las camas fatal

Fantastic
What a fantastic hotel. Very clean, staff always polite and happy to help. Food was superb and plenty to choose from. As per other people’s comments the only problem is the lifts. But as you are on holiday and not rushing around to get to work not really a major problem, just something to be aware of. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back on my next trip to Benidorm.

Great hotel but terrible lifts
Ive stayed here many times as a couple but this time I was solo. The hotel has lots of positives for me and I chose this mainly to the lack of noise from other rooms which I have experienced at other hotels Servigroup Peublo. Great location, good food and generally a great service all round. The biggest issue with this hotel is the lifts and this is mentioned in several reviews. The waiting time for a lift is boarding on ridiculous which i why I chose a lower floor so I could walk up and down rather than having to wait up to 10 to 15 minutes longer during peak times. The hotel reception acknowledge the issue but some how cant seem to resolve this, other hotels I have stayed in with more rooms and less lifts dont have this problem. Another issue is the noise from the outside attached lifts, if your room is nearby as was mine then the loud creaking will wake you at 7am and this continues until the early hours of the morning. Restaurant was good as has been previously, the man on the entrance can be a bit curt with customers demanding everyone use the hand sanitiser before entry. Large queues develop at opening times so best to get 15 mins after the restaurant opens if you dont want to queue up the stairs waiting to get in. Top tip: make sure you ask for a lower floor if you are not disabled and for a room well away from the outside lifts.
