Birthday trip
We have stayed at the Regente for many years now and have never been disappointed up until this last trip.This is no reflection on the facilities and cleanliness of the hotel , there was a very large input of children, I think it was an Taekwondo Convention and they were totally out of control, they were feral. They were running up and down the corridors screaming and shouting at all hours, jumping up and down the stairs and playing in the lifts. Their behaviour in the the dining room was absolutely disgusting. Other residents I spoke to said they would never use the hotel again and I for one would never go at that time of year again, it ruined our holiday. The people in charge of them simply left them to their own devices, it was terrible. They were so loud and noisy at night when the entertainer was on we couldnt hear him so we got up and walked out. I just hope theyre never there again when we are .

Contradictorio
Es la cuarta vez que vamos. La animación de esta semana ha sido bastante pobre, nocturna y en inglés. Durante el día creo que no hubo nada. La comida buena pero muy plana, sólo un día fue como de fiesta. Está vez nos ha decepcionado un poco y creo que nos tomaremos un tiempo antes de volver. Por otro lado el personal y la habitación estupenda. Somos una familia con niñas pequeña y grande. Con los niños del campeonato hubo como un terremoto, arroyaban por todo donde pasaban.

Zeer goede service en lekker eten
Hotel is prijs-Kwaliteit een toppertje! Goede service aan het onthaal, zeer vriendelijk personeel, propere kamers en zeer lekker eten!

VACACIONES DE OTOÑO

Two night stay at Regente 21st to the 23 Nov
After checking out 2 days early from The Melia , we wanted to continue of short break in Benidorm.Sara was most helpful and was able to offer accomodation .Roberto,Victor and Sara made us feel very welcome.We have stayed a few times in the past and have already met Roberto and Victor.Food very good ,restaurant and bar staff very friendly.Nice clean room . Two night stay at Regente 21st to the 23 Nov

Viaje en familia
Hemos pasado 4 días con nuestro hijo en este hotel y la verdad que se ofrece como 4 estrellas pero le falta mucho para llegar a eso. Falta de limpieza en las habitaciones, la habitación muy pequeña para estar con una cuna ,desayuno y cena poca variedad lo único bueno es que el personal del comedor muy agradables y muy atentos

Beautiful regente

Great hotel
As usual very good stay everything was spot staff , food , room was lovely and clean , the only thing that spoilt this was the amount of scooters outside the hotel which normally not so many I think it spoils the hotel look having them all round the front entrance
