Good Hotel
Stayed here for 5 nights in May. The only fault we experienced was the evening entertainment in the piano bar has been reduced to about 45mins, in fact one night there was no entertainment and the following night a singer was on for 35 mins. Other that that the hotel is good, would be great if they returned to the original entertainment times in the piano bar.

Estancia en Flamingo Oasis Benidorm
Hotel con buenas instalaciones y atención del personal muy buena, pero si eres español recomiendo no ir. Está totalmente enfocado al mercado inglés con horarios de restaurante poco usuales, piscina cerrada a las 18 horas cuando más apetece el baño y durante la estancia ningún espectáculo fue realizado en al menos castellano e inglés solo hablaban en inglés, ni siquiera avisando de que habíamos españoles entre el público.

4 day getaway
Loverly hotel and we stayed in the club room First room stunk of smoke which was quickly changed and the rest of the getaway was a breeze . Off road parking is perfect for us as your right by the door . Food excellent and all staff very friendly and a great asset to the hotel . Thanks

One Week Saty
Fantastic Hotel - Excellent Food - Friendly Staff We stayed in a Club Room - so avoided the kids etc - Really good room and the added bonus of the Rooftop, separate dining and Club Roombar Only bit that could be better is the Entertainment.. I appreciate that Benidorm offers a huge amount varied options.. but the hotel could do a bit better. The Piano Bar is great nobody plays it though - and the Entertainment is either too short often 45 minutes, or too late starting at 10pm - it fills up at about 8pm and nothing for 1-2 hours... We visited the main Entertainment area - but were surrounded by kids with much of the shows, music etc for families.. No probs with that and I know it is a family hotel.. All in all - I would definitely stay again am booking for September - everything is near-on perfect just the slight moan about Entertainment

Hotel Flamingo
Únicamente hemos pernoctado una noche la cuál a sido muy satisfactoria lo único que no nos pareció correcto son las actividades de animación porque no todos somos ingleses y tanto los juegos como las actividades son habladas en inglés y hay que pensar en los que no deseamos hablar inglés ya que cuando visitamos su país sí no hablas su lengua eres como un cero a la izquierda. Por lo demás todo estupendo gracias

Lovely Hotel
This is our second time staying at this Hotel. Staff, and food were excellent. Stayed in the Club Room and this made our holiday perfect. The Roof Top Bar was lovely. Although very breezy in April. The only thing we would liked to have seen was more entertainment during the day, and the entertainmentat night was only 50 mins long in the Piano Bar. Other than that we would definitely recommend 100 percent this lovely Hotel.

Great Hotel.
In my view this hotel is the best in Benidorm it’s spotlessly clean I’ve stayed there 5 times now and I can’t wait to go back again this year. Frida is fantastic she did a great job booking my holiday. The reception staff were amazing and they sorted anything I asked them too.The food and the restaurant staff was amazing I just wish they had English bacon for breakfast. The bar staff were fantastic very polite and friendly. The maids were very polite and friendly. I can’t fault this hotel at all I will always go back there. It’s fantastic. Cheers ????.

FANTASTIC HOTEL ????????.
This hotel is the best in Benidorm I tell everyone about it. We’ve stayed there 5 times now and enjoyed every second. From the moment you walk in you can smell the cleanness then you go to reception and book in without any problem. Everyone is happy to help Frida was fantastic she booked the hotel for us no need for any travel agents. The restaurant staff was fantastic very friendly and chatty the whole bar staff were great ???????? the room cleaner’s do a great job always polite and friendly the security is great ????. There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel I love being there and I can’t wait to go back again this year.
