Substandard Club Room
I booked a club room 15 months before travel and was allocated a room on the 20th floor original club rooms 21st floor and above which I felt was not of the same standard as the original club rooms on the higher floors which we have stayed in twice before. When we arrived in the room we found that we had no water coming from the hot taps, the tv was the laptop size one instead of the large screen advertised, the safe was locked, batteries in the tv remote were done, no toiletries or sun loungers on balcony, the clothes hangers in the wardrobe were coated in industrial dust and no internet available on the whole floor. Complained to reception and was offered a higher floor room which was lovely but looked over the building site next door which was extremely noisy so declined it. Most of these problems were rectified over the first few days but we felt that this should have been checked first before we arrived. We are due to return in June again and hopefully it will be back to its usual high standards by then.

Amazing Christmas
We are a family of 4 and we had a fantastic time. The staff were great, the food was amazing. The entertainment team went above and beyond to make our 3 and 10 year old have a Christmas to remember. The hotel was beautiful, perfect holiday. Thankyou to all the team there we will be back soon.

Muy buen hotel!
Hemos estado dos adultos y dos niños en pre Navidad y todo muy bien. Muy agusto, instalaciones muy buenas, personal muy agradable, comida buena,animación excelente, la mejor que he visto en un hotel, bebidas Premiun. En general todo muy bien! .Volveremos
