Flamingo 5th visit
Always a great service at this hotel barring about 3 members of staffmiserable bar staff no need for it,a smile or hello doesn’t cost nothing.Food great as usual,drinks all good that I drink,rooms cleaned daily and thoroughly,pools cold water for this time of year so not many venture in,entertainment is hit and miss but you can’t please everyone so we popped across the road as there is 3 good entertainment venues onto about 2am or later sometimes so not far to cross the road to get back home.My only gripe is this new card system to get a drink in the show bar then take your plastic tumbler back to get another drink,this hasn’t happened before when we have stayed here but annoying if you don’t pick up your card from behind the bar at the end of the night,we stayed in the club room so I thought one of the perks would of been to bypass the card system,hence why I only went in the show bar once as the other bars didn’t ask for cards.One other small gripe would be that dead on midnight in the club lounge they more or less turn the lights off and make you go so no 10 minute drinking up time here,I thought that would be another perk of paying club room prices and as there are no children in the club I thought they would give you a bit of slack.Overall a very good stay and we will be booking again soon at the flamingo oasis,thanks for a great stay????

Hi Christopher, Thank you for once again choosing the Flamingo Oasis for your Benidorm visit. We are glad that you enjoyed your holiday and that you were very happy with the food and drinks available on the All Inclusive. We are sad to learn that you were not happy with our green card system. This has been in place for several years for the summer season and it is due to environmental reasons. This is only for the plastic tumblers in the Fiesta Flamingo bar and out by the pool. Unfortunately, many guests throw the reusable plastic cups in the bin which is extremly bad for the environment as you can understand so this is a way for us to make sure that we get the cups back. The Club lounge closes at midnight when the All Inclusive finishes. It is unfortunately not possible to leave the lounge open longer than this due to several factors. The bars are open for drinks from 09:00 until midnight and we do feel that this gives our guests plenty of time to sit down for a drink. We look forward to seeing you again! Amazing holiday
This is my 3rd time at flamingo oasis . This the best hotel in Benidorm by far. The only thing that lets it down is the entertainment in the piano bar it is shocking. When you are paying a lot of money for a holiday you don’t expect to be spending money in the bars over the road for better entertainment. Come on flamingo oasis sort the entertainment out.

Golfing Holiday
Second time at the Oasis,once again delivered everything we expected. The staff were pleasant and helpful, great choice of food at all mealtimes,rooms are very good,can’t fault it ,will certainly return,

Fab hotel
I loved this hotel especially as we upgraded to the club rooms. I would highly recommend this as you can use the other pool area and bar. We also loved the pour your own area.

Another fab stay
Think its our 6th time satying at the flamingo and another wonderful stay , spotlessly clean , staff where amazing and very helpful , food plentiful and always something to eat , only downside for me was the night time entertainment , couple of rubbish quizzes then if you are lucky one act , great downstairs stage could be used for so much more but hey thats just my opinion , another fantastic stay and 100 will return

Excellent hotel
Really great hotel. All inclusive club service was fantastic. Food was good bit of an odd layout and rooms were big and comfortable. Big balcony with great view. Balcony furniture needs upgraded from plastic. Rooftop pool and bar was outstanding. Should have a welcome pack in room to explain services.

Flamingo benidorm
Found someones reading lens on a sofa so cleaning a bit hit and miss need a degree to workout the shower bath combo which is useless when you have,toilet flush broken. Was asked for fifteen euros to leave my car outsidefor less than 24hours used to be free,needless to say I moved just down the road for free.lifts are as slow as ever,pools open but no lifeguards,thought this was a legal requirement,due to capacity of the pool, more cost cutting I guess,along with the toilet roll,didnt know such a cheap standard was available

Hi, We are glad that you had an overall good stay with us although you feel that some aspects could improve. As per the information available prior to booking, the cost for parking is 15€ per day. There is also free parking on the streets near the hotel. The lifeguard works every day from 09:00-17:00 and we are very sorry if you did not see him in spite of him being around the outdoor pool and also the indoor pool. Parking
The cost of parking at the hotel is outrageous it cost more to park at the hotel than it does at the airport in England. You have to add over 100e to the cost of your holiday. Being over 80 we use a car to get around.

Hi Michael, We are glad that you enjoyed your holiday at the Flamingo Oasis although we are sad that you were not happy with the parking price. The parking at the hotel is 15€ per day which is a very competitive price for the area, most hotels charge 16-20€ per day. Very Spacious and Cleanliness
We have just returned from our favourite hotel, booking direct with MedPlaya. Only one disappointment initially as we all know requests cannot be guaranteed no matter how much the organisation know in advance. Perhaps I’m an awkward customer requesting only an even number room on a high floor with a bath. Not requesting a specific room number, I asked for floors 17 to 20 we got floor 15 not a problem but no bath tub. our son who travels with us is autistic and can’t get used to an odd number room with the beds opposite way. However, we got sorted in the end and were most grateful and so happy. The hotel is as good as ever, all staff working exceptionally hard for the benefit of the guests. Entertainment, we prefer the Piano Bar, and the various artists were all brilliant, kept us all in a happy mood with the music. There were a few quizzes in the show bar with other entertainment but looked good. Food, was good but the previous Friday evening gala was a little disappointing only with the presentation, otherwise food good. Please re-introduce hot rice pudding. The introduction of the rooftop bar and entertainment is a good idea, we went up and it was too cold but only April. This hotel is good for young couples, young families, mature couples and mature families. It caters for everyone. I would highly recommend and the new Premium board will be a further added bonus.
