Parfait pour un court sejour
Hôtel idéalement placé appart spatieux. Seul bémol le ménage on ne sait pas quand il passe et manque un peu de propreté

Great aparthotel
We have stayed in many hotels in tossa but for the past 4 years we continue to book the esmeraldas. It is in a quiet location handy for the main town and the rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday.we noticed this year the rooms had been newly furnished and small touches like cleaning pack and wine on arrival had been added. There is no entertainment but that is how we like it .Will be back next year .

Very nice stay at Medplaya Tossa de Mar
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Esmeraldas: very kind staff, confortable and clean appartment, recently renovated, with a big terrace, situated in a nice and quiet area - but only a few minutes walk from the main bus station, and close to the center & beaches. Lots of supermarkets around. We will definitely come back here in case we visit Tossa again!

Great value for Money, super clean hotel
This should be four hearts, 10 out of 10,but as there was no entertainment during our stay and we didnt eat in the restaurant, but the buffet breakfast looked lovely. I cant rate fully, but am sure theyd be 4 stars. Just back from a weeks stay, its spotless. Small mix up at check in , but we went up to our room And the receptionist came up after about 10 minutes with apologies and all was sorted. Our air conditioned apartment had everything you need for self catering. Fridge, microwave, toaster , kettle, 2 ring induction hob.Plates, cutlery cups and glasses for 4. Plenty of plug points. Table in the kitchen and on the balcony. Small washing up liquid, dish cloth and towel, clothes airer, mop and brush. Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. Twin beds close together, but think they were slightly larger than average. Really comfortable beds and pillows. Theres a doublesofa bed also. Good sized bathroom, walk in shower. Clean towels most days if left in bathroom. Beds changed a couple of times and made the other days. You could tell it was cleaned, all floors spotless. We were on the top floor over looking the pool, room was so quiet. Pool area spotless. Bar prices not bad for a hotel. For a relaxing holiday in a comfortable, very clean hotel, with friendly staff, it was perfect and wed definitely recommend staying. Thank you.

Excellent staff!
Our first time in a medplaya resort and we loved it, excellent value for money, wonderful staff! we didnt have any board but i went downstairs because i ran out of milk on our last day and was gifted a bottle of milk for our baby and this really helped our drive home. Thank you to everyone and we will see you again soon!

muy buena
muy buena experiencia. lo único que cambiaría sería que el volumen de la tele está limitado, y de noche sí se oye perfectamente pero durante el día, con el ruido del ambiente o de la cocina no se podía escuchar bien la tele. por lo demás todo perfecto!

Volveria sin duda!
Excelente la atencion del personal de recepcion desde el minuto uno. Me aloje sola por lo que puedo decir que fue mas que suficiente el estudio para mi????????. Aunque si hubiesemos sido 2 personas el espacio tambien es adecuado. Lo unico negativo es que la tostadora estaba rota. Por el resto super! Hasta tienen el detalle de dejarte un vino de cortesia a tu llegada????????.

Perfecto para buceo y descanso
Ubicación perfecta para poder bucear y descansar, centro de buceo Súperdive a 1 minuto andando. Apartamentos con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias! Con lavabo y cocina totalmente reformados. Personal del hotel muy amable. Seguro que volveré!
