Happy Guests
Another great holiday at your hotel. Staff great, very friendly and helpful. Food excellent, great pool not to busy. A very well run hotel where every member of staff are excellent. Rooms cleaned every day. Entertainment was good but it was low season so we have experienced high season acts which are top class. We have booked for sister hotel at San Eloy for September as we are bringing our 3 year old grandson and family and having visited it we are very impressed there also.

Maravilloso
Mil gracias a todo el personal del hotel por hacernos pasar a mi familia y a mí una semana maravillosa, sois pura amabilidad. Habitación amplia, tranquilidad, buenas camas, buena comida... Un abrazo desde Madrid!

Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo
Staff molto gentile a prezzi molto buoni. Posizione buona, per raggiungere il centro basta una passeggiata da 500 m. Buon livello di pulizia e animazione. Cibo ok per un hotel internazionale, con qualche bella sorpresa nelle portate della cena. Qualità del silenzio nella zona notte sufficiente. Se dovessi investire in un miglioramento lo suggerirei negli studi 23 persone le porte fanno piuttosto rumore nella chiusura, e le porte dellascensore a loro volta sono rumorose quando si chiudono. Piccoli interventi che potrebbero migliorare ancora lottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo del servizio offerto.

Second year
Second year back and everything was equally as excellent as last year. We love this hotel and feel they should be more than a 2 star. The service is 5 star!

Excellent Value
The staff make this the best hotel in the Med Playa group. Nice big apartment with 2 ring cooker and microwave. Kitchen not as well equipped as previous years, no filter coffee jug, no colandersieve. Bedroom would be better with double bed rather than 2 singles as not much room to walk around. Main problem we experienced this year was with the late servicing of the room. Chambermaid did not arrive until afternoon, sometimes as late as 3pm so on at least 6 of 14 days we had to refuse her entry as we were resting. However the positives outway the negatives as the barrestaurantreception staff are all excellent, helpful and friendly. The food is superb, better than some 4 hotels. Will definitely be returning to Esmeraldas, just wish they still opened in May and October.
