FANTASTICO
llevo unos 10 o 12 años iyendo al calypso,y en todo ese tiempo ,todas las veces que heido ,jamas me han tratado mal ,ni los camareros ,no la recepción ,ni los animadores ,por eso seguire yendo ,la gente del hotel calypso nos hacen sentir que estamos en familia -

On ne reviendra pas
ça ne correspondait pas trop à nos attentes. L’hôtel était pas calme, la nourriture était pas bonne, la chambre était pas très jolies. Seule point positif, le buffet qui changeait en fonction des thèmes de soirée et le personnel à la réception qui était accueillant.

Todo bien excepto control de extranjeros que se suelen comportar basta nuestro sucio
Hotel correcto bien situado limpieza bien comida bien lo único que encontrado algo faltar es el control de las personas que andan descalzas y vestidas poco corectas en el bar y comedor por lo demás bien y la habitación que pedimos triple y utilización de sofá cama

Holiday
This is our 4th time staying in Calypso hotel... I cant rate it highly enough.. the staff are excellent... the food delicious catering for all... the entertainment and the entertainment staff are amazing.. each year it as gotten better and better...

CONFORT-RUIDO TRAFICO
Seria necesario mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones que dan a la carretera general, ya que se escucha demasiado el ruido del trafico por la noches. La animación muy buena. Respecto al comedor, el personal muy amable, las instalaciones correctas, la comida bien sin mas , quizás algo repetitiva. Repetiría, siempre y cuando pudiera elegir habitación

Comfy but could be improved
Hotels location was pretty good, close to local shops and a 10-15min walk to beach. We stayed in a superior family room, room was a decent size with 5 single beds in it. Room was clean but usual marks and dirty patches on the walls and the grout in the bathroom, toilet needed a new seat in my opinion, pool was very crowded and busy was mid August in fairness but felt quite cramped, restaurant was busy but staff worked well to clean tables ready for the next customers, food was nice however queuing system was crazy, queue for the show cooking in the centre of the serving area blocked the rest of the food happy with my stay although the price of half board for 2xadults and 3xkids for 4 nights being €1100ish seemed expensive, we drove there for our 4 night stay no parking but we were very lucky to find a parking space outside, would stay again but wil probably try an alternative hotel first.

estancia todo sobre ella
el hotel esta muy bien, el servicio bien, los camareros muy atentos, quiero destacar que lo único que encontré muy mal las camas se abren y te caes, por eso solicite una de matrimonio, lo cual no me hicieron ni caso, las camas se ruedan y son muy malas, la atención excelente de rosario y un moreno alto en el comedor, muy amables y elegantes en atención, salvo lo de la cama que fue muy malo para dormir....porque intentas acercarte a tu pareja y te caes, porque las camas se abren de nada, si quereis juntaros en camas individuales no podrán hacerlo, muy divertidos, los espectáculos muy buenos, pero la que da la gimnasia en la piscina, deben enseñarle español, es muy triste que estando en España y no hable español,el señor mayor de la piscina muy borde bastante mala imagen con esa carota.la comida estupeda,

Estimados clientes, Sentimos leer que el hotel no pudo ofrecerles habitación con cama de matrimonio. En efecto, tenemos muy pocas habitaciones de este tipo y siempre y cuando tengamos disponibiles, se las ofrecemos, sentimos que esto no fue posible en este caso. Nos agrada leer que disfrutaron de nuestros espectaculos nocturnos y la comida. Queremos destacar que en nuestro aplio equipo de animación tenemos gente de practica de varios paises europeos, siempre acompañados por un animador que habla español. Sentimos cualquier inconviniente que ha podido suceder por este motivo. Esperamos poder darles la bienvenida de nuevo en el Calypso o cualquier hotel MedPlaya en las costas meditarraneas. Les chambres auraient besoin d un petit rafraîchissement les plats du buffet sont sans goût déçu e par la nourriture je ne reviendrais pas dans cet hôtel

family holiday
This was our 5th time back.i booked direct and it was very easy plus saved money , staff and food very good , restaurant has been decorated lovely, i had asked fir a room in calypso 1 on top floor over looking pool , didnt get this was in calypso 1 but that was it didnt think it was much to ask for as i booked in January for a stay in June .but made do was quite in room apart from last night overall had good holiday

We are sorry again that on the day of your arrival there was no room on the top floor and you were offered the room on the highest floor we had. We do not allocate rooms from the moment you do the booking, but a day prior to arrival and all the requests are taken into account by the reception manager, but as depend on availability, cannot be guaranteed.
