Podria Mejorar.
Nosotros solo estuvimos dos noches, la comida, calidad precio muy bien. La atencion del personal muy correcta. Animacion solo asistimos un dia porque no nos gusto. Muy baja. Limpieza habitaciones muy mal, cuando llegamos detras de la puerta no habian barrido ya que haba suciedad de los anteriores huespedes.

had a really good family holiday at youre hotel.the service is good and the staff are really helpful.i had only i problem it was the time of youre all inc it closed at 11pm.everywhere i have stayed it closed at 12midnight.thanks again for looking after us youres josrph hamilton.

great time
very good food and drink something for everyone. staff excellent as always with our experience of all medplaya visits. This is our third time at three different medplaya hotels. It would be better if all inclusive went to midnight as in the San Eloy and Santa Monica. Also the only negative was the luggage room where it cost 2 euro to store your bags. I have never had to pay to store luggage before. Only something small but it takes shine off everything that is good. Towards the end of your holiday you are watching your eiros to get the kids a drink at the airport.

It is not always necessary to pay, you have option to leave your luggage in the room, but it will not be supervised though. Fantastic holiday,great hotel and lovely staff
We just came home from a week stay at you hotel. It was my daughters first holiday and I have to say we were delighted with our choice of hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. They so nicely moved us to the first building to be beside the rest of our party. We went all-inclusive and it was a great experience. Food was lovely with plenty of choices. By far the best was the entertainment. The shows were excellent. Activities during the day were also good and the amount of amenities for the kids were brilliant. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I couldnt fault anything. Looking forward to booking next year! X

Fun times at calypso
Stay here every year. Dining recently refurbished to very hight quality. Food is fantastic with excellent choice for all tastes. Pool super clean and staff are most welcoming and cannot do enough for your. Entertainment team are fantastic and shows are superb to watch. Would like new shows to be brought in now. But still top notch. Loved it so much looking to rebook for July to August.

Laire condicionat
Vam patir tota una nit esperant la baixada de la temperatura amb el climatitzador en marxa. Lhabitació i el corredor de planta estaven sobre 25ºC, impossible dormir. A lendemà ens van dir que no funcionava, després de fer la consulta. A lentrada no ens en van assabentar.

Benvolgut client, Li agraïm que ens hagi escollit com a destí de les seves vacances, així mateix, que ens hagi dedicat el seu temps en deixar-nos la seva opinió. Lamentem algunes incomoditats que han pogut sorgir durant la seva estada respecte a la temperatura en l'habitació. Aquest any, el mes de maig se'ns presenta força fresc i tenint en compte les suggerències dels nostres clients, encara no hem engegat l'aire condicionat en les habitacions.
