Excellant and superb customer service
on the whole excellant and spotlessly clean everywhere. Food is quite good but gets monotonous when you are there for 3 weeks or more as the menu is repeated week after week. but at least there is plenty of choice and always something for everyone. all new beds last year too so very comfortable.

Great weekend away
Have just returned and had such a great weekend with friends. Our sea view room was beautiful and the hotel staff were great! Juan behind reception was extremely welcoming and helpful as soon as we walked in. Also Natcho and Fernando from the entertainment team were brilliant had us all involved in the games and had lots of laughs! Will definitely be returning next year

Winter long stay
We have been coming here for a number of years now over winter, and once again had a really good stay. The food wasnt as good as previous years & im sure other people have commented on the crispy bacon not being on every day & noticed other items that were missing. But overall what you pay its good value. Must mention the gala meals at Christmas & New year were fab! The staff are brilliant nothing to much trouble, big thumbs up! Laura the customer relations was so help full, she sorted are next winter holiday out, once again nothing to much trouble.

Amazing break
My wife and myself really enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Hotel Bali. The hotel is ideally located just a short distance from the beach, but away from the noise of the main thoroughfare and road. The entertainment, staff and food were all excellent. Our room was lovely and we had great comfort and views. It was great value and we would definitely stay again, of we could receive the same value. We were told in advance that there was work going on to improve the hotel but that had no effect on our stay and there was little or no noise. The only negative I could find was that the mens toilet cubicles in the public areas did not lock properly but maybe they have plans to fix this with the improvements they are carrying out.

przyjemny hotel w dobrej cenie
bardzo przyjemny, czysty hotel z miłą obsługą. położenie całkiem ciekawe - blisko morza, ale po tej spokojniejszej stronie Benalmadeny. Ciekawe podejście eko na all inclusive: napoje podawane w wymiennych szklankach zamiast w jednorazowych plastikach. Super! jedyny minus to jedzenie: wybór jest spory, ale jakość dań średnia: np. jajecznica z proszku, mnóstwo smażonych, panierowanych dań, często ciepłe danie w letniej temperaturze, mały wybór warzyw. Przekąski na all inclusive też nie powalały. Natomiast szczególnie na obiado-kolacje zawsze dało się znaleźć choć jedno w miarę smaczne i zdrowe danie. Generalnie przy tej cenie i innych atutach - na plus:

We always feel welcome
We have been staying at the Bali on and off for twenty years and love coming back. The personnel are so friendly and helpful and work really hard. There is a good atmosphere, sometimes it is very busy, other times a bit calmer. The refurbishment of our Superior Room is a great success - very comfortable and looks good with extra worktop space and a mirror to make up in, although my husband would have liked a drawer in the bedside table. Excellent free Wifi and good choice of TV channels. Food as varied and good as ever. Only thing missing - a gym, or space with apparatus for keeping fit, as the outdoor pool is a bit cold in the winter!
