Un día pensión completa
La habitación inmejorable. Reserve para dos adultos por equitación cuando era además para un niño de 8 años y un bebé y me mantuvieron el precio y me pusieron una cuna aún diciéndole que no hacia falta. Por poner una pega en la piscina infantil hay un obstáculo en el centro que puede hacerle daño a algún niño. Y la bebida no entra en pensión completa ni siquiera el agua. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Big Thank You
Would like to thank all the staff at Hotel Bali during a stressful time for all .Reception was most helpful and understanding restaurant provided excellent friendly service and good meal , a spacial thanks to Laura on customer service for booking are flight home after are orignall flight was cancelled thanks again stay safe see you when this is all over

Much needed holiday
3rd visit to this hotel and thought we would stay 10 days instead of our usual 7, unfortunately this was not to be and our holiday was cut short by the necessity to close hotels and facilities in Spain due to Coronavirus pandemic. The bedrooms in our part of the hotel had been upgraded since our last stay, to quite a high standard. We had 2-3 days of entertainment which was great fun, though I didn’t win a certificate: . Sadly then the pools and beaches had to close and we were not allowed out of the hotel. The hotel staff remained friendly, smiling and very professional. Food in the restaurant was varied and plenty of it. We hope to return in September... or next March.

Recent stay
Excellent time it was a shame that the local area went on lockdown but thanks to the hotel everything thing remained open but sadly no entertainment I believe the entertainment should have continued

Fantastic hotel
Stayed here from 11th March till 15th March good brilliant all inclusive drinks were great proper pints of lager food at meal times was a good choice off variety and the desserts were various choices room was cleaned every day reception was very helpful in fact the hotel was brilliant and will recently be returning to your hotel

Lo mejor, el personal
El personal es super amable. Fuimos en febrero, la piscina abria solo 4 horas y la animacion de peques a veces no lo realizaban pues habia pocos.Dificil entretener a los peques en estas circunstancias. La comida abundante, variedad, pero simple. Necesita una clara modernizacion de las habitaciones, pero ya estan en ello, por lo que, en epoca alta creo que es un hotel que aconsejaria con ninos, pues las facilidades serian multiples, en epoca bajo no, mas para mayores.

Estimada Belén: Gracias por el tiempo que ha dedicado en compartir su opinión.En invierno debido a la poca afluencia de niños lamentablemente las actividades infantiles se reducen, así como el horario de baño en la piscina. En verano ofrecemos MedFiestas con juegos, actividades y shows especiales para niños y mayores, así como MiniDisco cada noche, y nuestro programa MedKids cada día.
