Fabulous Hotel
Lovely hotel, and we have been coming for years. However we have noticed a big change for worse with the evening entertainment. Please put it back to how it was. Otherwise you will start and loose your regular guests.

Excellent Hotel
Great Hotel in a wonderful location, Excellent staff very pleasant. The rooms are very comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel it self is very clean and tidy and comfortable. The only problem I would say is the area around is very quiet and could benefit from some music as when it is playing you cannot hear it. Overall I would recommend the hotel and will return in the future.

Next year is our 4th year
Excellent stay beginning of June 24 the hotel was up to its usual standards. The food is the just so good and so much choice, The staff are great nothing to complain about except one thing, why does the entertainment have to be so loud, you cannot hear yourself speak in the bar area, I am quite deaf and feel its too loud. see you next year.

No creo que vuelva
Nos dieron la habitación con la tapa del retrete lleno de restos del anterior huésped y tuve que avisar 4 veces para que lo limpiaran lo que hicieron al siguiente día Solo se limitan a hacer la cama… ni si quiera barrían. El bufet muy escaso, el servicio de comida acababa a las 3 y a menos 10 nos dijeron que espabilásemos que se iban. Las actividades únicamente enfocadas al turismo extranjero.

Hola Leo, Lamentamos sinceramente que el hotel no haya cumplido completamente con sus expectativas. Nos sorprenden sus comentarios sobre la limpieza del hotel, ya que suele ser uno de los puntos fuertes que los clientes valoran positivamente. Respecto a su percepción de que el equipo de restaurante los estaba apurando, queremos aclarar que su intención es informar a los clientes que la línea del buffet cerrará en unos minutos y ofrecerles la oportunidad de reponer su comida si así lo desean. No obstante, todos sus comentarios serán transmitidos a los departamentos correspondientes para su consideració y mejoras. Saludos cordiales

Rodeado de pubs ingleses
Buen hotel,limpio,buena comida aunque como en todos los buffet era repeiiva.Hotel para ingleses,tuve que pedir en el bingo que cantaran los n en español.se oía la música de los pubs hasta las 3h de la madrugada.

Great stay!
Booked 4 rooms for 2 night stay March 24 had a fantastic positive experience staff were lovely and very helpful food fantastic hotel is in perfect position and close to everything in Benidorm will definitely be back!

Repeat visit - all good
Having stayed for 10 nights in March 2023, we didnt hesitate to return again for 11 nights from 12th March 2024. Comfortable beds in clean comfortable rooms. Excellent location for the night life. Not too noisy if you need an early night - patio doors shut out much of the noise. Food excellent and dining room never too busy. We were All Inclusive and didnt feel the need to go out for food. Plenty of choice, lots of grilled fish and salmon and all th other usual choices. Sunny pool area up until about 4.30 - would be sunny later as season progresses. Excellent bar service and drinks plenty strong enough. Whats not to like? We will definitely return when we want a good, clean hotel close to the nightlife.

Fabulous hotel

Everything was spot on, even allocated a room requested with sea view. bathrobes slippers n bottle of wine were nice touche too ! Well be back for sure!
