Lovely staff
My mum and I stayed here to enjoyed time together after covid. We thought the staff were very personable, always there for you when you needed anything.

Pienso que al hotel riu dor de benidorm le falta la posibilidad de tener un aparcamiento o una concesion con algún aparcamiento cercano alrededor del Hotel

Nos alegra que haya pasado unas buenas vacaciones y lamentamos si la falta de parking en el hotel haya causado cualquier inconveniente. Tenemos un parking concesionado a pocos minutos andando del hotel con plazas limitadas. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de darle de nuevo la bienvenida a Benidorm y a nuestro hotel. Fantastic Holiday
The Riudor is one of the friendliest hotels my wife and I have stayed in. We stayed all inclusive premium. There is a very good breakfast and there is lots of choice for everyone at the lunch and evening meals, lots of different dishes to try from salads, soup and a large variety of main courses. The rooms were spotless with a lovely bathroom with maid service everyday. There were lots of activities throughout the day and evenings from aqua aerobics, quizzes and singersdancers. We found the more we joined in the more fun we had. Being AI premium you got the branded drinks. Every member off staff was friendly, helpful and theyre a credit to the hotel. Its also in a very good location so the beach and local nightlife are only a couple of minutes away. Its an adults only hotel so it was perfect for relaxing round the pool during the day. We will definitely be back.

Vacaciones
Deseamos agradecer la amabilidad del personal, en especial Hasan, el paquistaní del restaurante, a Antonio y el Seba y al piscinero David. Todos muy eficientes y amables. Nos ha gustado mucho. Íbamos por cuatro noches y las alargué a seis. Son todos muy amables pero ellos en especial. Lo único que lamento es la limpieza de las habitaciones. Las almohadas, en la habitación 401, tenían peste. Es lo único que señalo

Perfect location
The hotel is situated in a perfect location for a holiday in Benidorm. The rooms a clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and hardworking. We return to this hotel a few times each year as we always receive a good service.
