Winter break
Great stay at rio Park. Friendly staff, nice rooms, food, drinks, entertainment all good. Would recommend for a great holiday ????

Amazing
We have stayed at this hotel the past 3 February’s and I can honestly say the staff and the food are so lovely also the entertainment is outstanding..We are returning in July..Thankyou for such a fantastic holiday

Encantados con el hotel.
Nos ha encantado el hotel, las habitaciones familiares increibles de grandes y con mucho espacio para 4 personas. Destacar el show de animacion, que nos encanto. Por poner alguna pega, el horario del bufet para la comida y la cena, era dema diada pronto, al mediodia era hasta las 3 y a las 14,35 ya estaban quitando la comida igual pasaba con la cena, que era hasta las 21’30 y a las 21’00 ya no habian cosas. Por todo lo demas, genial. Esperamos poder repetir pronto.

Some good and some not so good
Overall an acceptable stay room junior suite was clean and comfortable Main disappointment was the food never hot and a bit repetitive don’t like to microwave already cooked food so missed a couple of meals and dined out of the hotel

January holiday
Excellent location staff and cleanliness. Entertainment limited as it was early season. Would recommend this hotel.

My stay
The hotel was very clean .would have liked a double which is what I thought you got when you book a double room .food was good but never warm had to heat it in the microwave. All in all it was OK. Entertainment was good but the sound let them down .plus the toilets in the main area were out of order for a few days which is very bad

We are sorry that certain aspects did not meet with your expectations and we apologise for for the closure for a few days of the toilets in the reception area. This was to carry out essential maintenance work however the toilets outside the restaurant a few metres away were available at all times. Todo genial
La habitación para dos adultos y un niño un poquito pequeña, pero por lo demás genial! El personal de comedor muy atento como siempre sobre todo Manoli.
