Another excellent stay
Once again we have had an excellent time . This is the reason we keep returning to the Rio park . We have enjoyed everything from the food, the room, the entertainment and of course the lovely team of staff . We find the hotel so welcoming with the friendly staff from all departments. Amigos..Rio Park
The best hotel in Benidorm..The staff are fantastic with a special mention to Sharon on reception who always talks to me and asks about my wife and dog.Food is great with plenty of choice.Rooms very spacious and comfortable.Hope to return soon.

I’ve been going to the Rio Park for 23 years it’s just got better, I have to mention Carron & Sharon who are so helpful along with the rest of the staff also Vincente in the dining room. This hotel has everything for everyone.

Bien para un par de dias
Me faltó algunas comidas como iogures, pizzas, nuggets. Íbamos con niños y lo echaron en falta. También al no haber animación todo el día hubiese estado bien un parque de bolas o unas colchonetas donde entretener al niño. La piscina cerraba a las 5 por lo que las tardes se hacían largas para él. Por lo demás personal super amables las chicas de la limpieza también. Los del comedor a veces con contestaciones rápidas pero viendo cómo estaba de lleno es entendible. El tema ascensor también un poco decepcionante tardaban mucho y son pequeños. La habitación super grande En general una estancia muy agradable pero por la falta de entretenimiento más de 3-4 días con niños sería inaguantable
