First visit to Benidorm and the Rio Park, really impressed with the quality of the food and cleanliness of the hotel plus the excellent friendly and helpful staff. A well run hotel and good holiday experience had by the whole family. Thank you

Très bon séjour Hôtel et personnel agréable avec un effort fait en français merci ???? et entre espagnol et anglais aussi on arrivait à se comprendre ???? Animateurs et animations proposés supers that pour adultes que pour enfahts De belles prestations Merci pour ces vacances ❤️

Gran Hotel
Es el segundo año que vamos . En general es un gran hotel muy completo y muy acogedor a pesar de estar a tope . Seguro que repetiremos .

Muy buen hotel.
Estuvimos la semana pasada y nos sorprendió muy gratamente. El hotel en general funciona muy bien, la comida es buena y el servicio del personal magnífico. Seguro repetiríamos.

Rio park
Hi only a couple of issues. 1st to many people for the lifts to cope with waited over half an hour at one point at 90 years old not good . 2nd pool to small for the amount of people I know its the high season but surely a pool should cope with the volume of people yours dont. Apart from the 2 issues I cannot fault any thing else it was excellent may try out of season next time .

Very Good
Very clean ,friendly staff ideal for a short break great choice of food for breakfast was not too keen in having to wait in a queue for the pool to open to get a sun bed

Great, fun-filled holiday
Great hotel, rooms are modern and the size is good for 2 adults. Food was fabulous. Entertainment, especially during the day time, was great fun - even had a foam party. Pool was fantastic, bargain snack bar during the day with very tasty food. Staff were incredibly helpful. We will certainly return. Only downside was waiting for the lifts x
