En general el hotel está bastante bien.
El hotel está muy bien, todo muy limpio y moderno. Lo que no me gusto es que está dirigido exclusivamente a extranjeros. Fuimos con un niño de 4 años y no había nada para ellos, la animación también dirigida a extranjeros. La comida bastante bien y la ubicación también. El personal muy amable. En general todo bien.

Great hotel
Just had a week at the Rio Park in benidorm and had a great time everything about the hotel was great .From the room to the food .would definitely stay here again

Absolutely great hotel carnt say enough about the hotel and staff they were lovely and friendly people who would do anything to make my stay there comfortable, on arrival they gave us a bottle of wine and when we were leaving they made a little food parcel for us on are way home, so we like to say thank you for that, p,s only one thing I would ask is that would you please put milk and tea bags in room every day for us brits L,O,L. Rio park
We have been staying at the Rio park for over 20 years and hotel needed modernising and they have done a great job the only thing that’ll issue with this hotel is the meals, the breakfast is great with lots of choices but when you get to the much and dinner then the choices aren’t great and the food is quite repetitive

Excellent break
Excellent break the young man Bernardo was so helpful and kind nothing was too much trouble . beautiful fruit biscuits wine soft drinks and Champagne dressing gowns and slippers even pool towels would definitely book club class again, the bag as we left with crisps fruit and water was a really nice touch for the car journey home.

New Year break
Lovely staff, clean and a great location. Even better if there was an indoor pool during cooler months. A good variety of food but small tweaks would make a difference e.g better sausage and bacon if you prefer an English breakfast option. Fresh meat cooked daily and an excellent salad bar and dessert bar. Restaurant staff were really polite and attentive.

Lovely as usual
Been 16 times over the years. Can always rely on the Rio Park lovely hotel what makes it so special is the staff. They are professional but lovely and friendly and helpful. The food is good there’s a microwave if you want it hotter as catering for so many can cause it to need heating up sometimes but the quality is good. Rooms are lovely. Only critism would be entertainment wasn’t as good as in the past but every other aspect 100 and 10 percent would recommend this hotel to everyone.
