Vacaciones en familia
Nos gustó mucho el trato del personal, siempre atentos t serviciales. Las animaciones fueron de lo más relevante ya que había tanto para peques como para adultos. Lo único que podría discrepar es en el horario de cierre de la piscina ya que era a las 18h, demasiado temprano, y no nos lo avisaron, tras preguntar comentaron que en julio y agosto cerrarían a las 19h. La comida en el buffet bastante buena y variada,no habia surtidor de agua gratuito como en otros hoteles pero es lo de menos. En términos generales me gustó mucho el hotel, es la segunda vez que vamos. Por cierto nos obsequiaron con una bolsita para el viaje de vuelta con agua, fruta...y por contratar la reserva por su pagina nos regalaron una botella de vino al llegar el primer dia. Tuvieron muchos detalles la verdad sea dicha. Bastante contentos con nuestra estancia .

Great family break
Really great hotel, very clean All the staff were friendly and helpful Good entertainment The only downside were the lifts were very slow at meal times Would definitely stay here again

fabulous family holiday
We had a fabulous family holiday at the hotel to celebrate my birthday - the staff were very friendly - hotel very clean and rooms very spacious. we had a family room on the 12th floor nice views and it was perfect - one minor niggle dressing table mirror to high when seated -beach 10 mins walk - shops close by - great for children - lifeguards excellent-entertainment varied - really enjoyed out stay and would definitely return -thankyou .

Excellent stay
Stayed here for 5 days, location excellent and staff very friendly. We had issues with shower not draining and hot water not working but reception dealt with it very quickly and maintenance sent up within 5 minutes! Good always hot and plenty of choices. Always managed to get a sunbed- will definitely be back!

Vacaciones familiar
La verdad quedé encantada sobre todo mis niños la pasaron genial el Personal muy calificado la verdad. La chica de limpieza excelente limpieza mejor no podía ser estuvimos en la habitación 1004 . Lo recomendaría al 100 muchas gracias!! Unas vacaciones espectaculares

Excelente opción en Benidorm
Hotel de muchas habitaciones totalmente renovado. Habitaciones luminosas, amplias y cómodas. Baños nuevos. El desayuno y el buffet de cena son variados y ricos. Tiene un área de juegos acuáticos para niños, una pileta amplia para adultos. Y además esta a muy pocas cuadras de la playa y de las animadas fallas nocturnas. 100 recomendable

Great

Holiday
We had a really great holiday, room was very good but would have liked one on the sunny side overlooking the pool. Something to ask for next time Food had good choices, entertainment good variety of acts, other facilities great. Will be back!

Buena relación calidad-precio
Es un hotel muy bonito, con muchos servicios, y aunque la calidad de la comida no es la mejor, tiene una increíble relación calidad-precio. ¡Lo que más nos gustó es que el billar costaba 1 euro!
