Short stay April
Staff very welcoming and helpful. Only negative food not always to our taste. Difficult to put a meal together some nights. Lunch was better and fab breakfast. We had to eat out 3 evenings after coming to check what was on offer and then leaving. Would return

Pleasant stay
Great location... staff can be a bit rude tho. Nice and clean rooms... could do with more variety of foods.

Animacion
Todo el hotel estuvo bien lo único que destacar fue la animacion. Todo hablado en inglés y toda la música en inglés. Rogaría más variedad porque también se hospedan españoles

Hotel Regente
My partner and I recently stayed at the regente and found very little to fault! The staff were very polite and attentive - Juan on reception was very helpful! The room and communal areas were very clean - in terms of the room we only bothered the maid once and that was to get a couple of extra pillows. As mentioned on other review sites, the walls are quite thin and this does need looking at. We didnt have too much of a problem with this, luckily! Communal areas as mentioned were very clean. However, the pool side does have quite a few uneven slabs that do need some attention soon.

Bad guests
Very good hotel just need the guests training. To many kids running around unsupervised while perents sat drinking and swearing all day forgetting they have children getting up to all sorts also swearing. no wonder. Such a shame.

Excellent break
Arrived for a few days as we live on the Costa Blanca..from the minute we arrived at reception spoke with JUAN who is brilliant and very helpful .All the staff very good and always had a smile on their faces.Great choice of food which is wee prepared and presented.will return later in the year.Well done to MedPlaya hotels in general never have had a bad stay at any of their hotels.

Vacaciones semana santa
Lo mejor comida y piscina. Los Colchones no eran buenos aunque dijeron que estaban cambidos del invierno.

trato inmejorable
4 dias en semana santa impresionantes.trato super agradable del personal sobre todo de los trabajadores del comedor,la comida estaba muy buena,sobre todo la paella. un 10!!!

Excelente calidad precio
Hemos pasado 5 días muy a gusto en este hotel, siempre sin olvidar que se trata de un 3 y que obviamente no se puede pedir lujos. Los niños se lo han pasado genial, los shows muy entretenidos y el personal siempre con una sonrisa.
