We are pleased that you had an overall good holiday and that you were particularly happy with the cleaning service and the attention received from our staff. The food and service in the restaurant is usually rated highly by our guests and our hotel meets with very high health and hygiene protocols, this includes the temperature of the food on the buffet. If any of our guests would like their food to be even hotter than normal serving temperature, we have a microwave available in the restaurant.
