hotel very good ,restaurant not quite so good

We like the Pez Espada hotel and were satisfied with nearly everything and had a good holiday . one thing we have noticed is at meal times it now seems more busy and on more than one occasion both at breakfast and evening meals things were running out from plates to the food , it appears to have got more rush and bustle and not the finesse and calm that it used to have , I also think the food standard has slipped a little . all the staff were very good , we like the hotel and would return again

Fantastic stay!!

Loved the hotel and location. Eugen and Marina provided amazing entertainment for the kids. All in all a wonderful stay!!

Very good hotel and staff

We stay a week with our sons and their girlfriends in this hotel. We have had a great time. Rooms, staff, food and facilities are excellent. The entertainment is very nice for older people. Our suns and we were less interested in this kind of entertainment. There was a wonderful atmosphere: quiet, everyone find a place to rest and sitting in the sun when heshe wants it. There are chairs and couches everywhere.

Another excellent stay

We love the position of this hotel, being on the seafront promenade, and this was our fifth visit in the last two years. We always feel welcome here, the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. We have already booked to return at the end of June to celebrate our big birthdays

Enjoyable stay

Good hotel. The evening meal choice for vegetarians was a bit limited and it would have helped to label food suitable for vegetarians. The evening entertainment was far too ‘cheesy’ old fashioned for us but maybe we are in the minority! We feel their should have been much more Spanishlatin music the hotel is in Spain! But overall good location, nice pool and grounds and friendly staff.

Glad to have discovered Pez Espada

This was our second stay at the Pez Espada having only discovered it last year. A third visit is being planned! The hotel is in an excellent location. Exit the garden and straight onto the promenade in what is the much nicer part of Torremolinos. The staff, particularly in the restaurant, are most attentive. At breakfast, the waiters have their eyes on the tables and whenever you are seated are at your side asking if you want tea or coffee. Andrea and Princess translation of her Spanish name worked tirelessly and cheerfully at the show cooking station to provide freshly cooked food for breakfast and dinner. In addition, there was also a huge buffet with many choices of good and enjoyable food though the vegetables, as with most buffets, were overcooked. The entertainment team worked hard to provide a varied programme though the noise level was much too loud and invaded the comfortable sitting area of the hotel. The bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped though our room 410 had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. When this was pointed out we were immediately offered an alternative room. All in all the Pez Espada is an excellent choice for a holiday, borne out by the fact that guests return many times. It is certainly our intention to join this happy and contented group! April 2018

What a find

We loved everything and every aspect of this hotel and our room on the 7th floor. The food,the comfort ,the cleanliness,the staff . The entertainment was good but not exceptional.Some nights very good, some not so good. We would definitely return and found this good value

Another great stay

We were here in January 2018 and came back in April 2018. Fantastic hotel. The food was excellent and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The bar staff in Frankies worked extremley hard and at times we felt short of additional help due to the hotel being busy. Looking forward to returning in January 2019, keep up the excellent standards and well done to all the staff.
