Dissapointed
Hi this is my first time at the flamingo oasis I loved my room so big and comfortable and clean. I am afraid for a 4 star the food I did not enjoy. I am not one for entertainment. I enjoyed the music on Monday night in the piano bar. I did not like the idea of a plastic glass and did not use. I can see this idea is good for high season with children but not for me. I was annoyed when I took my glass which I kept with me when i went in to the downstairs entertainment room and they would not fill. I liked the indoor pool and spa. I think I have been spoilt by hotel venus where I would usually stay My friends said to try oasis. But not for me i am afraid. Thank you

We are pleased that you had an overall good stay with us and that you were happy with your room and the cleanliness. For safety reasons, only plastic tumblers are allowed in the outdoor area and in the Fiesta Flamingo bar therefor they can not refill your ordinary glass in these areas. in all other areas of the hotel you can use glass instead of plastic. Excelentes días en familia
Nos ha encantado la experiencia en el hotel, en general lo hemos pasado muy bien, muy agradable todo el personal. Mejorable que la animación y los horarios sean prácticamente sólo para los ingleses. Excelente programa de fidelización. Instalaciones muy buenas para una bonita experiencia en familia. Muy recomendable, nos gustaría repetir en otra oportunidad.

Mejoras
Cambiaría los colchones de las habitaciones, se notan todos los muelles y es imposible dormir. También la animación y shows no están dedicadas a los niños y siempre suele ser en inglés. Hay que destacar el personal tanto en comedor como en bar.

Hotel bueno y enfocado en ingleses
Bueno sobre el hotel que decir tiene horarios de comida demasiado ingleses Deberían plantearse el alargar un poco horario de comida y cena porque comer de 13 a 15h podría ser hasta las 15,30h y la cena ya si que es uff que es de 19h a 21,30h creo y la verdad si lo pusieran hasta las 22h o más estaría algo mejor espero lo intenten mirar Los colchones necesitan un cambio yo dormí fatal estos días con dolor riñones y espalda me levante y almohadas tener más para elegir o algo más anchas son finitas y a mi no me gustan así al menos Comida y personal esta bastante bien Personal es amable y atento y comida esta buena la verdad que me sorprendió Con todo incluido entra todas bebidas que quieras y comes cuando quieras esta bastante bien Seguro que repetiremos otra vez :

Es alentador leer que estuvo contenta con la comida y las bebidas en el Todo Incluido así como con el trato recibido por parte del personal. Feb 2020
Just returned from a 9 night stay on B&B basis. Hotel very clean, food typical of Medplaya, room and balcony spacious. Large queue for booking in on arrival, took over an hour, when we got to reception we were told that Amigo card holders had priority check in at the side of reception- not signed. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Great hotel
We stayed in a club room. Everything was clean and tidy The rooftop pool was amazing. Plenty of sun beds and great service on the bar. On the 24th floor there was a self service bar that had everything you couldwant. Always found something good to eat Entertainment in the main area and the Piano bar was varied every night . Good service on the bars. We never had to wait long for a drink and the bar staff were always friendly. We will definitely return for another visit.

Flamingo oasis review
I have stayed with the flamingo oasis every year for the past 5 years and the standard keeps getting better. The food staff and everything about your hotel is excellent and I always recommend it to anyone goi g to benidorm.

Couples Break
Great stay on the Adults only floor the room was very nice. There was a good selection of food every day. Good nightly entertainment and the Staff were very friendly. We will return.
