Excellent Hotel
This is a great hotel I stopped here now on two occasions one in September 2021 and was back in early October staff in all areas are fantastic food was excellent the rooms were cleaned to a great standard all who work on the 20th to the top were fantastic . My only problem I gad was the Airton think it was turned off to soon. I asked for a fan and was told it was a few days when it arrived the room was much more comfortable . I have now booked for Christmas and New year ???? with this lovely hotel and wonderful staff. Thankyou.

Improvements on hotel foyer.
Security gaurd needs to stop children running around reception in swim wear. Reception lady was very professional.

Great hotel
Great hotel,the staff were so nice and helpful the only fault I had was I thought the entertainment was awful,I understand October is quite season but with schools on mid and half term I thought they could of offered more for the kids,the kids club was ran by tui which meant any kids that booked independently werent allowed to use it ???? other den that its a fantastic hotel,great location and the food is lovely.

Lovely Hotel
We have stayed here before and this time we upgraded to a club room. Excellent room, facilities and the help yourself bar was well stocked with all brands. Food was lovely with a good choice.

Pleasant visit
Overall our stay was good, hotel was clean, staff very helpful and good range of facilities. Food however we felt was of a low standard and not a great choice, we had to eat out most nights even though all inclusive. Felt slightly cheated however as we paid extra for club upgrade and via booking and Amigo card were advised that premium brands were included, only to ask for Kopparberg and Desperado at the bar and be told we had to pay a supplement. Overall a good experience, might return if price was right but doubt we’d go all inclusive if we can’t get food and drinks we want.

There is a selection of Premium drinks included in the free upgrade to All In Premium, there are howeever a few drinks that are not included but a supplement can be paid at the bar. The full menu of drinks included in the All In Premium can be found at the bar. Our guests are usually very happy with the selection of good quality food served in the hotel and we are disappointed to read that it was not to your personal liking. We are glad that you were happy with the cleanliness of the hotel as well as with the helpful staff. Buen hotel con algunos peros
La recepción se ve majestuosa, quizás sobren algunas plantas de plástico, pero se ve limpio. Las habitaciones piden reforma, quitar esa madera imitación piel de serpiente y una mano de pintura, una cortina para el día sólo hay cortina para oscuridad completa. En el bar del hall sirven bebidas en vaso de tubo noventero y sólo pueden usar vasos anchos para ciertas bebidas, normas de arriba ¿? La comida excelente, el maitre está pendiente de todo y es muy amable, un placer en este sentido variedad y calidad de la comida.

Nightmare turned to Outstanding holiday thanks to flamingo oasis
We had to stay over in Spain for many weeks as our car had broken flamingo oasis was so good they helped with emails and if we need to order hire cars The staff are so friendly it felt more like a home then a hotel the restaurant staff went out there way to make sure I could eat as I have a fussy tummy there outstandingly helpful best hotel I have been to in many years Eva was so helpful my son loves her she kind and made him feel so special Manger Marcelo in the restaurant all his staff worked hard to please all customers Bar staff was making kiddies cocktails for my son he was so happy ????
