Stay at Flamingo Oasis

We loved the hotel - food fantastic and staff were very friendly. Our only issue was the lifts which were slow at times. Also on the day we left a number of the lifts would not come to the 15th floor, which we were on, we waited over 30 minutes before a lift arrived meaning we missed our bus pick up to the airport.

Beautiful hotel

From the warm welcome at reception from Phillip at 1.00am in the morning after a delay with flight was impressed with our room plenty of space 2 large beds and sofa large balcony overlooking pool on 14th floors fully equipped bathroom with bottles of dove products from hand wash body wash and shampoo which was a bonus as we are here for a month staying in the flamingo oasis for 10 nights plenty of room all over the hotel good seating areas spread all over the hotel showing the football if wanted it good is excellent loads of choice.the only thing I would mark this down is the beds mattresses are rock hard so not very comfortable but everything else was perfect

Férias 2022

Hotel excelente, boas instalações, conforto e a maioria dos funcionários são 5 estrelas. A única coisa que poderia ser melhor era nos lanches visto que a comida está muito direcionada para os ingleses e o hotel em geral. A música era sempre estrangeira e raramente tinha música espanhola. E também no bar da piscina aconteceu uma situação menos boa eram 17h40 e o funcionário disse que já não havia nada para comer só batatas fritas que tinha acabado tudo. O que nos desagradou um pouco. Resumindo adorei a nossa estadia e penso em voltar, mas por favor não ponham o hotel só para ingleses. Vou de férias para Espanha e gostava de ter mais um pouco da vossa cultura animação e comida. stunning hotel

We came here for our anniversary and sp not five days at the hotel using the club so we had chess to the adult only facilities. Our third visit to the hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. I was impressed that previous comments had been heard and changes made in regard to club part of restaurant being more private. Still had probs with air conditioning which did not get fully resolved despite 3 call outs. Always love bar and gameschill out room floor 24. Also love pool on top floor although it was freezing. The food always fresh and good choice with meat and fish. The specials in club area also nice touch. The fruit flan is as amazing. We didn’t use entertainment this time.

Visited September woken early by noise

I have been many times to the hotel and although we had a good time, we were woken every morning because we were put in a room facing directly facing the building work behind the hotel and we were woken every morning around 730am by horrendous noise
