Espectacular
El recibimiento genial, el personal muy atento y familiar, las instalaciones super limpias y muy buenas, la comida estupenda.. La verdad que volveremos a repetir.. Y el detalle del vino la primera noche un lujo poder tomarlo frente al mar en la terracita.. Un sobresaliente para ellos la verdad

Ticks all the boxes!
We both enjoyed our stay at the Balmoral and would definitely stay here again. My only criticism is our room on the side of the hotel was noisy in the morning due to service vehicles That said it was good value for money Food Quality was above average!

Value for money
Excellent hotel, comfortable room, good selection of food in the restaurant, great location, everything was good, helpful staff, everything was spotlessly clean. Next time will ask for a room overlooking the pool. Hope to return.

1st time to balmoral. it did not disapoint. good atmosphere at hotel staff helpful.reception helpful and friendly. pool area good seating and plenty of beds and roomoct time

Happy customers
This is the second year on the trot that we have stayed in the Balmoral Hotel. We are very pleased with our holiday experience we had a lovely stay. The staff are very helpful and greet you with a smile. The rooms are cleaned daily and are cleaned even the corners. The bedding is changed regularly although how the beds are made there is never a crease in the sheets even if they are not changed. Thank you Isabella for looking after us. The entertainment was every night and until 30th September 2019 was held by the pool which was lovely to sit out and watch or listen to from our veranda, we had a pool side room which in the daytime had a beautiful view of the sea. The food for us was acceptable. There was always something there to make a meal of and it was hot. We will be booking to use this Hotel again next year. Thank you.

WONDERFULL HOLIDAY
We were in your hotel for two weeks with 6 years old daugther. If we could, we would give you 5 stars. You have staff on very high level in restaurant, women who clean, in reception, etc, there is order everywhere. Animation and evening show every day wonderfull flamenco, etc. , really I have never met better. Animators: Natalia, Miriam, Kika great, friendly, polite. Breakfast and dinner tasty, coffee prepare in coffee machine on plus. Clean pool and garden, sweet cats, very clean beaches. Nice area around hotel - streets, ice-cream shop, bars. Olny downside - noise made by garbage truck and bottles, but it ist your false. I hope well return on next holiday.
