Happy Days

As always the staff are very helpful they go out of there way to accommodate our wishes we have been going to this hotel for about 30 years, some of the staff we have know from our first visit and we are treated as part of the family.That is why we keep going back.PS top marks to our room cleaner Pepi Block 2 and all in the dinning room and reception.

March Visit

Have visited numerous times in the last three years. Reception and bar staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant staff welcoming but food not as hot as previous visits. Cleaning staff very hardworking and do an excellent job. Entertainment staff work tirelessly and very friendly. Looking forward to our visit in May.

Holiday

Hotel fine but food could be more varied with more fruit and vegetables.

Great hollidey

Its not our first stay we have been going back now for many years its a great place to stay at a reasonable price staff and cleaners are great will be there again next year

Brill holiday

Had a great time when we stayed at the Medplaya Bali Hotel we found everything to be excellent the food the cleanliness the entertainment and the staff couldnt do enough. Would not advise anybody with mobility problems to use this hotel as it is on an incline and although it is only about 100metres it is quite steep. VIVA ESPANIA X

Très bon hôtel

VERY GOOD

Excellent as always. All staff friendly, polite, helpful, and courteous, this includes Reception, Room Service, Bar, Cleaners, Restaurant, staff exceptional We did not use the Animation so cannot comment. Special thanks to Daniel the hotel representative for all his help with our booking and special requests. THE FOLLOWING SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN AS A COMPLAINT BUT AN OBSERVATION FOR YOUR INFORMATION Just one little problem, we think we were the first to use the Club Service as we had to keep asking reception for Milk as they were not replaced when the room was serviced.

Fantastic Hotel

As a travel agent I just loved the hotel and the staff were absolutely fantastic. You have the best animation team I have seen for a very long time. The bar staff were very polite and patient. Our rooms were cleaned and the restaurant staff could not do enough. I can understand the reason for the card for the all inclusive it was lovely not to see lots of glasses left on tables. My only criticism or suggestion would be at the bar to have a separate area for all inclusive and people paying and also if you are just waiting to get your card back and especially at night.

Enjoyed my stay here

Have stayed in this hotel before. Glad to say the good standards have been kept up.Didnt particularly like the ticket system for drinks for all inclusive guests. Do not see the point of it.
