Hotel clean and tidy,food could be better such as chicken in seafood sauce.had to go to bar for drinks when eating most hotels have table service.

Great Staff,Food and Location

2nd time in six months at this hotel and again thoroughly enjoyed the experience. great staff and food. Hotel could do with an update by still okay. we will be back again soon.

Half term holiday

Excellent stay, have been staying here for the last 7 years, never fails to give us a great family holiday. Would highly recommend.

Holiday comment

Once again we have enjoyed our two month stay in your hotel. We think the quality of the food and choice has improved. We have made so many friends over the eleven years we have been coming here we can’t wait to come back again in November for one month and again for January and February. My only comment would be to ask for the carpet on floor seven to be replaced while it is regularly cleaned we noticed it was quite smelly. Having said that this is still our most favourite floor. Thanks to all the lovely staff for making our stay most enjoyable.

Review Request

Upon check-in I was informed that my room No. would be 2020 at this point I stated that I requested a high floor with the room 2601 if possible I was informed that there was no such request, so I accepted the room on the promise that the following day I would be given a different room. The following morning I spoke to Stuart who was very helpful and fixed me up with an upper floor 2418. I have since checked my booking E-mail dated 190118 which definitely had the request as stated however I have to admit to being partially to blame as I did not check my confirmation when I received it. My only other comment is the T.V. I dont watch much television when I am on holiday but like the news once a day from home, however this was not possible as there was no signal for BBC1 or ITV the only English channel was Sky News which was impossible to watch as it had huge sub-titles across the middle of the screen which was out of sync. with the sound and I was not able to switch the sub-titles off. Now this didnt stop me enjoying my stay with you, but it was just very annoying. Finally let me say that all the staff at the Bali are very pleasant, efficient and helpful, Reception, cust. relations, housekeepers, cleaners, bar, restaurant, entertainers. Well done to you all, and thank you. See you in March

Very enjoyable stay.

My wife and I stayed in the Hotel Bali for the 2nd time, in February 2018. As before we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The facilities in the hotel are excellent. Although meals are served buffet style, each night dinner menu takes a different theme, such as Italian, Mexican, etc., so that food is never boring. The only negative perhaps is the steep hill up to the hotel from the main street we heard the term, Cardiac hill, but we think of it as a fitness trail. No doubt we will return in the not to distant future.
