Nice winter holiday

I spent with my wife 5 days at the hotel Balmoral in December 2016. The staff was very polite and proffessional. We had selected half board, it was possible to change dinner to lunch and we did that once. You had to buy your drinks for lunch and dinner. 1,5 liter waterbottle was 2 euros. wine bottle 7 euros. The quality of the food was very good and it was tasty and there was some variation! Altought the grilled salmon was little overburnt. The breakfast was almost the same every morning, but was also ok! The hotel location was excellent and we could park our rentalcar free on the Calle Albatros street. Our room was on sunny side of the 5th floor and we had nice views to the sea and to the mountains. The room was cleaned every day. The separate beds were ok. There was a heating battery in the room, and we used it, so the room was warm. There was also aircondition device, but for the winter we did not use it. The room had a flat TV where we could find some english speaking channels, altought we had to do some adjustment thrue the tv-menu to get speech in english . All in all, we were very satisfied for everything. There was also some entertainment but we did not participate much on that because we spent our time with our friends living for winter in Benalmadena. Also the weather was much better than we expected. I could recommend the hotel, of course you must understand that this is a 2 star hotel.

Most enjoyable visit

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night halfboard stay. All reviews we read were accurate so that was helpful. Evening meals were perfectly adequate. Breakfast was good. Rooms comfortable and very clean, housekeeping excellent. Only downside was weak Wifi in lobby area although it was free. Should not have to pay for Wifi in rooms.

Por enésima vez.

Esta vez la excusa era una boda en otro hotel cercano de Málaga, pero nosotros teníamos que pasar nuestros días en nuestro hotel, el Balmoral. Como siempre, todo genial y de manera sorprendente estaba lleno en noviembre!!! Pronto volveremos...

Październik 2016

Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Położony przy samej plaży przejście przez ulicę i promenadę, blisko do turystycznych atrakcji Benalmadeny. Pokoje czyste, wyżywienie jak na hotel bardzo dobre i w wystarczających ilościach.

Muy agusto

Es la segunda vez que lo visitamos,el motivo es por la buena calidad del hotel tanto en calidad confort y precio. En el cual está incluido el servicio tanto del personal hostelería cómo las camareras de habitaciones... Y sin olvidar la recepción que han sido eficaces desde mi reserva hasta mi salida Resumo: Espero que esta segunda vez no sea la última que podamos pasar por este hotel... Para mi excelente

Hotel jak najbardziej na plus, przy czym nie należę do osób oczekujących luksusów. Jak ktoś podróżuje i korzysta z hoteli 5 to Balmoral może nie spełnić jego oczekiwań. Wszystkim korzystającym z klasy ekonomicznej - polecam. Byłam z partnerem aż 3 tygodnie, i może z tego względu mimo iż opłaciliśmy tańszą wersję, zostaliśmy zakwaterowani po stronie z widokiem na basen i morze. Jedzenie na śniadanie klasyczne i monotonne, ale wybór duży, natomiast obiado-kolacje były wyborne - smaczne, duży wybór,a ceny napitków też do zniesienia kieliszek wina 2 euro, tyle samo butelka 1 l wody. Sprzątanie - no pani raczej w konkursie na przykładanie się do pracy by nie wygrała, ale dało radę. Obsługa miła, uśmiechnięta i pomocna i to w co najmniej 3 językach. Klientela hotelu raczej w średnim i starszym wieku - co dla mnie jest plusem jakoś nie przepadam za pijaną młodzieżą, która nie potrafi zrozumieć, że nie wszyscy wracają nad ranem z pieśnią na ustach Basen czysty, średniej wielkości, zaplecze dobrze wyposażone - dużo leżaków, fotele. WiFi słabowite i tylko w holu, ale jak ktoś potrzebuje to można kupić kilka opcji. Materace wygodne, klima sprawna, acz nie największej mocy : Stacja kolejki podmiejskiej ok. 2 km pod górę, więc jeżeli ktoś zamierza często korzystać to w zależności od kondycji ok. 25 minut na dojście trzeba liczyć. Ale za to wracając z górki się sunie : Reasumując polecam i z chęcią wybrałabym się ponownie do tego hotelu
