Balmoral Benalmadena

The hotel generally and my room were fine. The staff were all friendly. The breakfasts were fine except would suggest having a wider range of cereals to choose from including oat crunch type cereals. Annoyingly, there were no bananas on offer at breakfast which are often eaten with cereal. Most english people dont eat a cooked english breakfast anymore We eat more healthily, especially if we trainkeep fitsports people! Evening meals were fine and most dishes I tried over my 15 night stay were quite good, tasty, although a couple were bad tasting. Much of the food was however cold, especially if you turned up for dinner more than about 45 mins after the dining room opens - Im sure there is something you can do to keep it hotter when it is on display? Negatives: Ok, this might be normal in your part of the world, but even the off season price of 5 euros a night for parking was still quite expensive. It should be more like 2.50 per night or offer a discount if the parking is for 10 days or more? No free drinks or water at the evening meal, so you have to pay hotel drink prices. So overall its a good hotel, and would recommend it for the price point. Good value, and I would stay again.

Nice location

We have stayed here before and always book it when we visit The Costa Del Sol, we like the the location and the Price ,very good nice friendly staff

Hôtel Balmoral Benalmadena

Propreté,gentillesse du personnel ,situation,repas et prix sont ses atouts.Hotel relativement bruyant,nous n’avons pas participé aux animations.Sinon content de nos séjours 1semaine l’an passé et10 jours cette année.

Algo para tener presente es el personal, impresionante el trato, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y siempre con una sonrisa. Se nota la edad , la experiencia y el saber estar. Es la segunda vez y tengo claro que repetiré. GRACIAS

Estancia hotel balmoral

Ya lo conocia de hace muchos años y la verdad que me ha sorprendido aun mas el hotel. Repetiria una y otra vez, buenisima zona, trato fabuloso, comodidad muy buenos precios. Espero que la proxima vez pueda mejorar aun mas mi paso por el hotel. Muchas Gracias por todo

No WaterTeaCoffee included with lunch or dinner

Stayed for 1 week half board in room 624 which is on the upper floors and overlooks the pool and gives you sea and mountain views. This side of the hotel also gets the sun all afternoon and evening which we were very happy with. The Hotel is a little dated but not bad by any means, the staff were mainly friendly especially the booking and reception staff who were very helpfull, also the cleaning staff were very good. Be aware though if you stay Half Board you do not get Water, Tea or Coffee included and have to pay extra for it. Also at Breakfast were you do get drinks included you are not allowed to take your drinks out of the resturant to the adjacent pool area! It would have been nice to sit and have a Tea or Coffe outside in the sun after breakfast but lots of customers were stopped by staff taking the drinks out. Likewise the Bar is shut at this time so you cannot even get a Tea or Coffee there to sit out with. Other than these 2 minor issues which the Hotel can improve on we had a good time.

Limpieza

En general todo estuvo muy bien salvo un pequeño fallo que pusimos la tarjeta para limpiar a las diez de la mañana un día y llegamos a las dos y no limpiaron, limpiaron todas menos las dos nuestras
