In our MedPlaya 50th anniversary contest we have received many memories that you have lived at our hotels in recent years. Although all memories are very special, we love receiving photographs from other decades.

The photos in front of the hotel are a classic! Just look at Susan, on the left, in front of the Rio Park Hotel in 1980, on her first holiday in Benidorm, and Donna, on the right, in front of the San Eloy Hotel in 1986, who, in her own words, “fell in love with it at first sight”.

The Riviera Hotel was already in Benidorm in 1980 and that’s how good it looked! To the right, we see José’s photograph in front of the Esmeraldas Hotel in Tossa de Mar in the 80’s.

But one of the MedPlaya hotels with the most history behind it is the Pez Espada Hotel: here we see two photographs taken in the 80’s (the first courtesy of Torremolinos Chic and the second by Michael Westlake). What do you think of the changes?
