Medplaya Hotels have recently set up a completely new Call Centre to provide our future and existing customers with an extra service .
At the Call Centre we can provide you with all sorts of help and information, from choosing which resort to go to, to which hotel is best for you according to your requirements. We can also provide information on the different types of rooms, board basis, entertainment, and other facilities, allowing you to book your preferred hotel with absolute security and confidence.
Our call centre is located in the grounds of the Hotel Pez Espada, in Torremolinos, Costa del Sol.
Our team is made up of 3 Call Centre Executives; Laura, Lidia and Idoia.
The Call Centre is open 7 days a week, from 10AM – 8PM. The winter office hours  are from Monday to Friday from 9AM – 6:30PM, Saturday from 9AM –  5:30PM.

Any changes or cancellations to existing bookings.
Assistance with Special Requests.
Hotel information or Resort Information
Transport queries
Promotion of our Medplaya Loyalty scheme Amigo card
