Is there a better plan than watching a football match from your favourite team? Yes, to have the opportunity to go out on the field and score a goal! This is what happened on May 8th at the half-time of the Girona FC match against Tenerife. The two winning families of the contest that took place a few days before on MedPlaya Hotels’ social media accounts, were challenged to score a goal against “Meddy”, the hotel group’s mascot, and “Sisa”, the Girona FC mascot.

Nerves were not enough to deflect the trajectory of the ball, and the two participating families successfully scored in the “MedPlaya Gol” challenge! Amid much applause and encouragement from the audience, the families, apart from receiving an exclusive pack of MedPlaya products, managed to win the top prize: a voucher for a family weekend stay for 4 people at Hotel Calypso in Salou.
