Excellent Hotel
The newly renovated hotel is well located just outside the noisy area but close enough to walk to the beach in five minutes. The reception staff go out of their way to help and all the hotel staff are friendly. The food was excellent right down to the crispy bacon at breakfast. Having stayed in most, I would rate this hotel now the best in Benidorm.

Food not as good as before
food was cold and not as good as last year. As A hotel worker myself i think you would benefit from making sure the food is brought out to the dining area a lot hotter and also kept hotter when out. may need to turn heating element up in temperature. overall a pleasant stay.

Excelente
Nos encantó la estancia, nos atendieron estupendamente! Camas súper cómodas! Limpieza excelente! La comida muy variada y riquísima! Volveremos a repetir en próximos viajes. Gracias

Muy bien relación calidad precio

Great place
Easy quick check in. Lovely room with free use of dressing gowns and slippers. Drinks in fridge on arrival. Good food and entertainment. Very clean. Lifts a bit dodgy on occasion but overall would definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel
We have stayed at Rio Park many times over the last 15 years and have never been disappointed, comfort, food , facilities and entertainment are all excellent, staff are all helpful and hotel position good,worth 5 stars ,????????????

Maravilloso personal
Hola estamos muy contentos con el trato del personal , mi hija se lo pasó genial especial atención a Rubén en el comedor que estuvo muy atento y muy simpático ,muchas gracias ,también a las chicas de animación , mi hija también se lo pasó muy bien con ellas ,volveremos de vacación sin dudarlo .gracias por el trabajo bien hecho ????.
