Puede mejorar mucho
Hotel PELIGROSO Y ANTIGUO Tiene moqueta y eso que tiene que mejorar muchísimo, camas incomodas sin aire en habitación ... el personal de hotel pasotismo mi hijo ase rajo el dedo del pie por un hierro en la piscina y pasaron solo me dieron una tirita cuando la uña estaba rajada y mucho .. Animación no hay de 14h a 14:30 el martes desde el domingo que llegamos nada ... La comida del restaurante si no comes cerdo te mueres de hambre o alimentas a patatas fritas... El agua botella de grifo 1,50€ pero en el bar o chiringuito de piscina es GRATIS , hay una camarera en el restaurante Azahara es un amor en todo momento super atenta con mis hijas y conmigo hace su trabajo y el de los demás no para tiene el cielo ganado! Volveré ? NO Es un hotel pensado para turistas no para nacionales ... Pienso que hay de mejores en mejor ubicacion y mejor precio... Para lo que cuesta podrían tenerlo más cuidado y bonito es un hotel de 2 estrellas no de 4... Pasotismo máximo por el personal piscina llena de vasos de cristal colillas .... Soy fumadora y me incomodaba pisar colillas ... Recogía vasos de plástico y cristal en césped piscina que no se ven y los pisas ... La piscina hace daño y no hay socorrista ni control de aforo , en la piscina pequeña de bebés niños salvajes jugando a peleas ... No hay sauna ni jacuzzi como ponen gimnasio que bueno... Parece un gimnasio de hace 50 años pero el apaño hace eso sí abierto siempre entrando niños solos ... Parque en pleno sol de plástico que quema y la única seguridad alfombrilla de parque sin collar que quema rodillas ... Sin ningún control tampoco niños en tejados subidos que se van a caer... La animación... Desde domingo solo el martes vimos la chica de animación para jugar a los dardos y darles un libro para pintar y hacer actividades... O mejoran instalaciones y renovar personal o va a ir a quiebra ya que hablábamos con mas clientes y estaban igual de enfadados por el descontrol y pasotismo ... Actualmente por el pasotismo de las empleadas exactamente la de recepción que le costó dar una simple tirita porque para ella es una tontería la RAJA de mi hija de 8 años TIENE INFECCIÓN y como es un hierro lo que la rajo vacuna tétanos que le ha echo daño .... Voy a emprender acciones legales por no querer dar ni hoja de reclamaciones porque refería que es una chorrada de niños ... NO GUAPA NO ES CHORRADA DE NIÑOS ES NEGLIGENCIA DEL HOTEL POR NO HACER BIEN LAS COSAS Y DE ELLA POR NO HACER LO QUE DEBERÍA TODO HOTEL TIENE UN SEGURO PARA ESTAS COSAS...

Joli Hôtel authentique
1 semaine passée dans cet hôtel cosy et agréable bien dans l’architecture espagnole avec un joli patio et un jardin agréable bien ombragé avec sa piscine. Il serait souhaitable de faire des travaux de rénovation car l’emplacement est super à 5mn de la plage cristal qui est magnifique. Nous logions dans une chambre familiale avec nos petites filles très grande chambre avec un grand balcon, bonne literie. Le personnel est très agréable et est au maximum surtout du côté restauration. Les buffets sont corrects mais mériteraient des plats mieux élaborés pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, il faut le classer en 3 étoiles je pense. Le hic est l’attente pour la restauration à chaque repas, très mauvaise gestion et organisation, la salle est trop petite et dehors ce pourrait être bien mais il fait très chaud et ça manque de parasol de tonnelles etc….et pourquoi ne pas organiser 2 services car en 2 heures de temps pour faire manger tout ce monde c’est trop court il faut rallonger l’amplitude horaire. Un petit point négatif c’est l’eau que vous faites payer 1.50€ les 50cl alors que c’est de l’eau filtrée et non des bouteilles….. Mauvaise organisation pour les boissons au bar du restaurant il y a la queue régulièrement car une seule personne pour servir et en plus il faut payer de suite bizarre car ce serait bien plus simple de l’enregistrer sur la chambre et de payer en fin de séjour c’est ce qui se fait partout. Un gros point négatif est le manque de propreté autour du restaurant beaucoup de mégots, papier etc quand vous mangez dehors ce n’est pas très agréable. En espérant que ces remarques vous serviront car il ne faut pas laisser cet hôtel se dégradait ce serait dommage Bonnes vacances passées dans ce coin espagnol magnifique.
